Hi,

You play at the office.My friend at school looks up tanki online and i comes up error could not establish database network PDST.As 

jokersus.cava ​said contact the offices  internet provider if its nothing to do with the network tell us.

You need to check if there's any ports blocked, ask the person who is responsible for providing internet in your office/ the guy who set up the network

This doesnt help its my uncles office he hasnt done anything to the internet but There are problems with terrorists in my country and they're messing with the internet so they wont communicate(the terrorists)

Ok,the ports are blocked so i will assume someone "maybe your own internet department" or someone who has control of your internet is denying you from accessing, so it's not a tanki problem, it's from there.

You are not allowed to change your ip and play in tanki, it will be considered as sharing,.
