Written Confession of Multing isn't good enought evidence?

I lost a battle because of a mult on my team who blocked me and let his team drive right by in a 4 on 4 battle.  I called him out in chat and he said "yeah noob, I am a mult".  I screenshot that chat and sent it in over in sabatoge thread and they said thats insufficient evidence!  HAHAHAHAA, how much more evidence is there than a WRITTEN CONFESSION???  That is the best evidence you can possibly have!!!!  Thats like me going to the police and giving them a written letter of confession for a crime and the police saying, "No, thats not good enough to arrest you, we don't care what u say".

anybody can say anything which they donot do

btw police will obviously say that because the letter can be dubbed.

Ok well the evidence is that I am a witness, plus he has written confession.  If police have a eye witness saying it was me, and I give them a written letter than I am going to jail!  How in the world is this not enough evidence????

To give a fair and proper ban we need proper proofs like videos and screenshots of that specific player multing, otherwise no ban will be issued.
