It seems a problem just in firefox browser with tanki online and flash player.

If you use Google Chrome , graphics are  normal.

Well when I open the archive I have no results for the file. I have it without the final "exe"

i had this as well, what you need to do is:

double click on the first one ending with _win. Then you will be asked to extract it, press extract all. After it's extracted double click with the first one ending with _win, and an installer should come up. Hope this helps

Thank you so much! I sought for a fix to this problem for a long time! I had no idea it'd be FP itself, I thought the browser wasn't compatible or something, because I installed FP 14 when using Google Chrome and there were no problems in playing Tanki (except lag, but my machine is pretty old, so I don't worry that much), then, when switching to Mozilla Firefox/Opera (and uninstalling Google Chrome), I couldn't see my tank in the garage and I could see only the bushes and the elevations in the terrain in-game. Once again, thank you very much, I appreciate the work you put into these kinds of problems. Good luck in the future!

I have an issue entering a battle... every time i try to enter a battle ,an issue appears and that: "outdated or incorrect resources were found. please clear your browser cache and go into the game again"

 

i updated the flash player for the last version but same issue appears
