This topic is about noobs. I think calling someone a noob is offensive. Post facts about noobs in Tanki Online in your prospective. Please don't insult others, at least one got banned.

There are actually noobs in all type of ranks

Low rankers- They think they are the best, and call higher rankers noobs

Medium rankers- Brag about being high ranks to low rankers

High Rankers- Make alt accounts, and brag that they have generallismo account. Actually The last one applies to all the ranks

Low rankers- They act like they don't need to know anything, and then fail later on high ranks.

Medium rankers- I don't find medium rankers noob.

High rankers- Bragging about their account, challenging low ranked people and then beat them, then laugh at them as if they are skilled.

Calling someone noob isn't much of an offense. The official spelling is 'nube'(ignore that Hy 6 red underline), which means 'new'. 

I've been called noob many times, I never thought of it as an offense. ^_^

To the subject, I think all of us were once noobs. We grew and grew, gained skills, equipment etc, and became kings and started calling other noobs. Life cycle-ish. :)

I myself, don't like to call people "noobs/noob".I am forced to if they start irritating a great XP battle.

Like in everything else in life, it doesn't have anything to do with ranks or experience, just with capability to learn and perform good in a team.
And just because someone plays for a long time (enough to get to the rank of generalissimo), it still doesn't mean he/she plays good... Quantity does not equal quality.

I believe that people that, for example in XP battles, dont listen, play with the wrong combo (surprisingly, this happens more at higher ranks), start killing when they aren't supposed to or dont stop when the game is uneven. These are probably the only times I call people noobs.

Honestly, the main reason i see people calling or being called noobs is because they are losing the match (sometimes to druggers  :D) and their team refuses to drug back... so they end up losing the match.

I was in silence CTF. 6-6. I had the flag and i just had to drive about 3 meters, and a noob mammoth-freezer who was on the flag pushed me away. A shafter killed me and the flag was returned!

This noob idk what his name is but he is a high rank just cuz i lost 5 times and 2 kills dosent mean im bad at playing im still trying to learn how to become a good player anyways he kept pushing me off the map and yelling at me in russian so i call those noobs that do that to me all the time wen i get in  a high rank battles so them guys i call BIG noobs

It makes plenty of "sence". It shows throughout your "career" you have learned no skill and have to rely on your drugs to win any battle, which demotes yourself to the rank of "noob". Would you care to take me on? Beating you would be nothing more than an inconvenience to my day.

Noobs are people who are not necessarily inexperienced. It's people who basically cannot play with skill no matter how high the rank.

I wouldn't say these people are noobs, but I hate it when high ranks call lower ranks noobs, even when they have never seen the "noob" fight.
