I always wanted to differentiate between different types of trolls, but didn't know how to, what exact words to use etc, cause THEY'RE SO MANY OF THEM !!  But here's a comprehensive guide I found, I hope it helps you in categorising each type of trolls you come across.

This guide is 4+ years old, and I strongly believe there are more uncategorised trolls partying out there in the wild.  If you can, help us identify those if you come across them on our forums, but please (3 rules) ;

 

1) DON'T FEED THEM BY DOING SO

2) Don't quote their names or posts or anything that specifically point to which one/s it is in particular

3) Describe their act in generalist term as in the above guide and suggest a name for that type of troll 

Naturally, tankiforum rules applies.

I object to your statement! Moderators cannot be hunted by trolls! Moderators have a ban hammer, but some like joostcool don't prefer blunt weapons so they use Katanas! Trolls do not survive. Katanas kill.
