there was talk of stabilizer feet for the "new hull, hovercraft" which when deployed made your tank very difficult to kill it might be something to stop your tank from being spun by knockback who knows

I think it's a transforming powerup, that powerup was talked about previously, something like mammoth being able to turn into "fortress" mode, it can't move, but it doubles it's defense, etc.

It was expected to be a special hull, not new drug.

What if, it was a drug, that cancelled other drugs? Like, you could equip your next shot with it and shoot a drugger and they'd lose their drugs. :D

I think it's an bom you can place somewhere or shoot it somewhere like up on a wall or something you know what I mean? (like C4 explosive) and you can make it explode by a remote  thingy you know xD
