what is the wrong

Hi.....I send to Tanki team two massages for now to return my account and they keep saying for me the information you send it its wrong and it's true all my information I send it I am keep trying but they sayed its impossible why!!! The same rotten for the answer massage in the topic for it same answer for my account but nothing happened
