Help me ASAP with Adwares

I know that this is not Tanki related but I really need your guys help :c

 

For the past few days, I've been having unwanted pop-ups and new windows to links I never visited, and sometimes it happens each 5 seconds and it's really getting on my nerves, and ads are popping up right now as we speak. Sometimes it covers half my screen. I have obviously googled the solution and they told me to uninstall the adware from your PC, or find it in the extensions list of your browser which is firefox. I must've installed it along another software that I have downloaded recently. I have uninstalled it on PC with Revo Uninstaller, and couldn't find anything in Extensions. Even downloaded Adblock Plus and it still pops up.

 

These ads are from OffersWizard, and I couldn't find anything related to it anywhere. It even hijacks my browser, and my startup page or whenever I open a new tab, an unknown search engine is there. Because I use firefox each time it hijacks my startup page I have to go to about:config and edit the homepage.

 

I want to delete the source of the advertisements. I wasted enough time to delete them. Please help me :(

PM me the screenshot of your recently installed programs and of the extensions in your browser. I had same thing sometime ago and was able to find the software responsible.

Have you tried scanning with Ad-Aware?

 

Or try scanning with Hitman Pro. That thing tracks down almost anything.

sometimes happens to me that chrome suddenly closes and these ads appear... and then i find smth installed idk how and just delete it from control panel

Adblocks are not the solution to such problems. It is like painkillers which will just take away the symptoms and fool you that you are healthy now. The ads can be because of 2 things. 1) Check your browsers extension, if you find something fishy then delete that. 2) Check your control panel for recently installed programs because some extra stuff gets installed with the main program and causes ad floods in the browser.

 

Look for these names in your extension list and in your control panel/installed programs

It is happening to me also when I play Tanki some unwanted add appears and when clicking a link in forum some unwanted sites open. Can u give me a solution to this? It has been happening since I installed Flash Player 14?

Try running a full system scan with an antivirus, same happened to me once and only it fixed it.

It may help to run an update on your system, as well as scan it.
