Ignoble, dastardly, poltroons.

Salutations Comrades. The premise of this post will be the disparagement of the notably ungentlemanly conduct of so many of the so-called 'officers' of tanki. Just this morning as I was enjoying a friendly match of capture the flag on the rather small map 'Ping Pong' I was thrust unto a most upsetting predicament. The teams for such a small map are rather small, and at the time of my playing, each team had but 2 tanks apiece. You can imagine my dismay and immediate disadvantage when my compatriot in arms left the battle, placing the odds at 2 to 1 against me. Alas, such is life- and I did my best to maintain a stiff upper lip and focus on a defensive posture until reinforcements should arrive- or at least in hope of that outcome.

Ye gods, you will not believe the scandal that I shall relate to you thusly. For it was in the throes of this dire predicament that my hopes were dashed! Indeed a new member did join the battle, a pusillanimous fiend by the name of 'Legolas-22', however rather than join my team and equalise the contest back to a contest of two against four he elected to join the two man strong team; producing a downright dastardly crapshoot at the unsportsmanlike standing of three against one!

My word I gave the master Legolas quite an earful, admonishing him for his most craven conduct. Alas, he was not familiar with the vernacular of English. Nevertheless, shame is understood in all languages- and shame he wears. To gang up on the winning side against an outnumbered foe is more than unsportsmanlike- it is positively bestial. I, for one, when entering an already established contest- always place my support behind the vulnerable party. To me, this serves a number of purposes. First of all, it serves the spirit of sport and fair play- resulting in a game that is altogether more challenging and enjoyable for all. Second of all, the act of collectively assailing a weakend foe is an ignobility I will not suffer or perpetrate- nothing is so demoralising to encounter or as monstrous to instigate than the worsening of the hopes and prospects of desperate soldiers.

What say you gentlemen? In the spirit of honor and virtue in war, do you not agree?

Chivalrous speech aside- yes I totally agree. It is excellent when you join a losing team, even the odds, and turn the tide to victory. Joining a winning side is just cheap. Also it doesn't even make sense from a noobs perspective anyway. I mean if you join a team that is already in the lead, chances are you won't get a cut of the battle pool (because the people who put them in the lead in the first place are already ranked highest). Whereas if you join a losing side you have a chance at winning a much larger sum of money by being the one who turns the tide and possibly ranking.

we really need to be honourable, i really like it wit honour, today i saw a dude kill his teammate who was holding the flag (friendly fire was on) so that he could capture the flag. The dude's name was General-1. Should I report this? It was totally outrageous.

I enjoy your diction and agree with your premise. There are some folks who play honorably. I was surprised in a couple matches when my team ceased flagging and popping. I made inquiry. They opined that the odds were unfair urging wait time till the solo opponent gained Mates. I respected that immensely; I conformed. Such is not, however, the common case. I will do as they did when Mates go along. It's the right thing to do.
