when we rank up we get a little amount of crystal and when higher ranks than me rank they get tons why it should change around

Well, since ranking is a progressive process; it's quite obvious that your reward will increase as you rank.

And the higher the rank, the more experience points it takes to get to the next rank, so it will become harder to rank.

 

Don't you think your reward should be higher when you achieved something hard?

Besides, it would be unreasonable turn the rank reward system the other way around... It's a bit weird giving 37000 crystals to someone, at the rank of gefreiter; since all the unlocked things at gefreiter don't come close to that amount of crystals.

The high rank, the higher the hardness to get it, the larger the crystals.

You have to work hard to achieve something, that's life. ;)
