....

Selfdestructing and gettin minus points is also messed up; admins need to clear when u have minus point and when u have not. I`m near enemy, i shoot to kill, i kill him and myself - i got bonus point and minus point at the same time?

I haven't noticed it yet, since I am still to play with this newly rebalanced "mumbo jumbo", but if they haven't got it right, then I have a conspiracy theory, which is just right for the situation ! ;)

If someone thinks tanki-staff is dumb then think again!

People use to play XP battle like that before rebalance. First Aid kit was just as powerfull.

And yeah, hornet should not die by single rail shot.

Should that not depend on the M? of the railgun and the M? of the hornet?

ok so my old favourite thunder got back its super power and my current favourite turret became weaker so that means ill have to change my turret back to the super thunder.

I just checked the parameter updates. I cannot believe you have reduced the speed of Mammath.

I have tried to invest into micro upgrading the speed of my M3 and now you have reduced it.

How dare you cheat players!!!

Tanki Developers make me sick.

I don't expect any reaction from the Tanki Developers as their eyes and ears are closed.

If the SELF-DESTRUCT happens while destroying enemy tanks (as can happen when using Thunder), there should be no penalty.

The application of a penalty should be CONDITIONAL. It should not happen in the case of NORMAL game maneuver. Tanki, please do not rest

until this self-destruct issue is satisfactory. The tanker who self-destructs (as when using Thunder) in normal game play, ALREADY HAS SUFFERED the penalty of dying. Please consider. Thanks for the hard work on the re-balancing efforts. The lower speeds for Titan and Mammoth are discouraging though.

This self-destruct penalty update is good but developers released it without thinking about side effects. Think of it, madness was unpopular for some reason but now it will be completely untouched map as players wont play a map once they will lose half of their points playing. Half of times  i always land incorrectly or in dead hole in this map. Somehow this update should be reworked. Thanks

SWEDE1's outlook of update,

Isida is just a little underpowered, it takes a full charge at close range to kill any tank, if you get hit by anyone you will be pushed out of range.

Railgun is a little overpowered still, any damage from even a weak hit from another gun and you are dead.

Thunder is slightly overpowered, thought it was just about right before update.

Ricochet is good now, but could use a few more 2 or 3 more shots, before cooldown period.

Freeze is good now, it is still great at close range and weaker at distances, just as it should be.

Twins is a little on the weak side for distance, it should be able to shoot a bit further.

Firebird I will get back to you when I test further.

Smoky has gotten slightly overpowered again at close distances, but still close to where it should be.

Shaft I will get back to you when I test further.

Wasp, , Viking, Dictator, and Hunter seem to be very good now, will test further on these.

Hornet just a bit too fast now but like the manoeuvrability.

Titan, and Mammoth are too slow

Health kits, I like the fact that they will heal you fully but they heal to fast, I liked the fact that it took a bit of time to heal and you had to be stealthy till you healed.

Titan and Mammoth ARE to slow!!! There should be "some" attempt to be realistic with the game. No modern hull in "real life" would be that slow in comparison to other hulls. If Titan and Mommoth have that much more power and energy than the smaller hulls, then they should be able to propell themselves satisfactorily fast.

I don't think the idea of a penalty for self-destruct is a good one:

1. It is open to abuse as a "ringer" could help the enemy by continually self destructing.

2. Many self-destructs are unavoidable such as when being pushed over by a enemy tank.

3. I cannot think of an advantage of self-destruct other than preventing an enemy from scoring by a kill, so in that event I could support it.

If there is a penalty for self-destructs it should NOT be applied to the team but only the individual.

Would the Admin team like to explain their thinking for introducing the penalty...

Self-Destructs should not affect the team - only the individual, if at all

Again updates what we don't need :/ tanki is good now..

  • All battle modes now have a penalty for self-destruction, in the form of 1 kill and 5 points from the team's score.

What about mults ?

I agree. Many times when thunder shoots other tanks, say railgun for instance, they come closer and cling themselves to thunder purposely in order thunder to self destruct itself. And now thunder will suffer from this. I know that in many cases thunder users self destruct themselves with purpose. And now because of such players, all thunder users will suffer

And madness will be place where players will lose the most points. At least Madness should be excluded from new regulation

Since I have joined TankiOnline, one of the things I have so loved about it is the ability to push tanks off ledges. The game reminds me of something I used to watch on TV called Robot Wars, where robots would fight one another. One of the combat strategies that the roboteers would apply, was to dump the enemy robot into the pit.

What happens if our tank is pushed off an edge, or if we push them off? Can we earn a kill point (Something I have been looong waiting for)?

By pushing the enemy off the map you have earned the benefit of not having that individual tank around to affect you (and your team) for a few seconds (until re-spawned). The kill point would be too controversial plus very difficult to accomplish as no projectile is involved. Points are only determinable when a projectile collides with a tank. Were it not for the projectile issue, I would like the point too.

i am so annoyed today !!! i am absolutly angry as hell ! i have spent over £600 on micro upgradeing my m3 tanks and weapons

my freeze is m3 fully micro upgraded and has gone from 72 down to 68 damage ! :< and lost all range it now sucks big time

my twins m3 fully micro upgraded has gone from 14-16 down to 13-15 damage and has also lost alot of damage at max distance and lost the bullet speed !!!! :<

my m3 mammoth fully micro upgraded has lost lots of speed and gain no health , still the same at 420hp fully mu

the new way of doing the health kit sucks big time , it was alot better when it was slower .

i am extreamly annoyed that i have spent so much money and then they remove things i have paid for .

Those upgrades are very expensive for us "real money" players. We might feel a little better though if we associate the money with the joy of participating in the game rather than with the virtual "zeros and ones" tanks that we allow ourselves to fall in love with. Upgraded tanks are indeed personal statements of taste in art and intellectuality. Cheer up, friend.

I believe that by introducing a penalty for self destruction or for going over the ledge is very sound practice.  Deducting a number of points from a team for doing this, will make it more collectively a team responsibility to report incidents of foul play. Normally victims are left with the responsibility on their own to report  miscreants.

An example that many shaft players might be familiar with, though others often suffer also, is, being pushed  from a sniping perch by ones own supposed team mate, deliberately!  This can result in the victims tank to die ether directly or indirectly by forcing a suicide if upturned.  I feel that the consequence now will be, to reinforce team spirit, taking a more collective view to team health, helping to oust what after all is often in reality a form of bullying  or at the very least, very poor humor, particularly when the incident is often repeated many times often even within in the same game!  Shaft players also cannot always identify the perpetrator because of the encumbrances of the scope and aiming mechanism.  The assailant often just disappearing allowing repeat criminality going unpunished!

I expect that over time, this action of penalty, will prove popular , that the five point deduction will be increase to one of greater penalty and will greatly clean up the game.  Not only will miscreants, mults ect be more obvious to all of us but we will also take far more care when passing other players in precipitous positions.  Of course accidents always will occur occasionally. Initiating an etiquette, reinforcing basic manors will help every one in the long term.  If we think about it, that tank pushed over could have been our tank!  The incident or incidents might have been the reason why we lost or keep losing.

Thanks for giving some light to those offenses. There is indeed bullying occuring. The game is a microcosm of the real world. There are some very well-mannered players (teammates and enemies alike) in the game though. I would like to express my appreciation to them for showing a more gracious side of humanity. We can be honourable while blasting others to molten metal. :)

I think the avenue(s) / mechanism(s) for reporting offenses should be looked at.

I guess it's alright. I'll have to try out rico and see how it is. Besides that, Hunter got a health boost.

Smoky got a bit of a bump, so I might consider getting it m2 again.

I dunno about firebird. I don't think it's too bad now though.

After reading the stats of freeze, I was outraged. But, after trying it out i found out that it is still pretty good. The only problem I have found in the update to tanki is the lessening of the increase of an individual's score in a CTF. Otherwise, the update is fine.

No, u wan`t get any refund. Ever. U haven`t learn that from the past? U no fresh player but u act like one. Refund is against business. They can give u discount on another thing u buy. But they wan`t refunf u anything or get back from u part of your stuff. And don`t tell me about how game designers should be greatfull of player love - that has been rolled over and over again with last rebalance :)

Tanks going up ramps become light as card board box - any shot from the front or back of tank slingshots you as if you are weightless.

When you kill someone as you self-destruct do you still get a penalty?

First-Aid kits should not remove burn and freeze affect that's what Firebird and Freeze are for.

Isida remove freeze and burn affect is a nice touch.

Viking and Hunter needs a weight buff.
