Update 270 — balancing of turrets and hulls

You decreased Titans health and speed  :( But I still love it  :D

ikr :D  its still a great thing, I only have it M2, but I've owned those ugly, hideous, monstrous mammoth M3 with it.  We should totally make a titan fan club  :fire_r:   its so rare to see people who appreciate good tanks.


After reading the stats of freeze, I was outraged. But, after trying it out i found out that it is still pretty good. The only problem I have found in the update to tanki is the lessening of the increase of an individual's score in a CTF. Otherwise, the update is fine.

exactly !!!  I told a chap a day or 2 ago that they can and will reduce freeze parameters, but it will still be rocking for those who know how to use it.

 

However, not many seemed to have noticed, but they did actually do a terrible, terrible, horrific thing to the freeze and one that took me completely by surprise.  The charms level of tanki for me took a major blow with that, the game is suddenly less appealing for that reason.

Having ZERO frags he can do nothing about your team score.

But he can get 10 or 20 points then (kill him self   a  few times) it  then will  cost  our  team points  in the  end

I cannot express my happiness with this update! By making every gun more powerful in some aspects you remove its versatility in other aspects, which is perfect. Now, along with the new SD and drug mechanics, people will rely a LOT more on skill to be effective with their weapons (while driving awesomely balanced hulls), and drugs will no longer be such a leading factor in games. Wonderful, simply wonderful, I am impressed. This is a HUGE step towards my vision of a perfect TO.

 

Imo, the dev team deserves a big "thank you" for all this. Get yourself a treat, guys. Drinks on me :D

Erm, What do you do when your tank flips? For an example, the wasp flips over so easily. Do you expect to wait until someone destroy you?

 

Rebalancing the turrets again, How are we going to pick which suits us the best? Just give us a refund... Read the feedback and also read the feedback on the previous rebalance. We asked for a refund.

 

Plus, How are non-druggers suppose to kill druggers with high health? First Aids will keep them alive...

 

Devs answer this soon.

I have one question. What happens when you flip over and MUST self-destruct? Isn't there a way to make it so that only when you jump off the map you lose points? Or when you have very little life left?

Keep in mind that there is a cooldown timer for drugs, they can't use one right after the next. But I agree, since the First Aid Kits will work for a period of time. This cooldown time should be extended.

now the fire and the freeze unusable

the flag it is not possible to have influence on a thief

isida and thunder are god

why it is needed to make **** of short weapons with an active distance otherwise

 

do we pay real money for this?

tanki! we put our work into it we too

we ripen this much for you!

guys, 

 

i like this update very much but...

the game is loading very very very slowly. 

it took 5 minutes before i came in garage and im waiting 15 minutes before i came in a battle.

OK. I've just ended a DM in Polygon and see what happened:

there was a Freeze who was constantly using full drugs (he was the only one in the match doing it) and was accumulating points one after the other in few seconds killing everybody as crazy!! (he won in a short time)

In the past I could kill myself as soon as I saw him approaching (no way to escape to such a monster...) and the match would have been more interesting IMO.

Now, you just need one of this guys (figure if there are more than one...) and the match has little sense to continue...

Yesterday I played a DM that was capped to 50 kills. I was leading by a large margin with 33 kills.

 

At this point a druggie joined the match. He won the match with a score of 50-0 (I finished with 48-25).

 

He was completely unstoppable.

How about you developers fix the lag that's been horrible these past few days, instead of making new updates. :angry: -_-

I'm "glad" to hear other players have experienced this too.

 

I was worried that there was something wrong with my connection.
