Does my nickname violate 1.13.?

Anyone who has seen the TV show Family Guy would know of this one, but I figured out what it meant a while ago.

 

Tech Support told me I didn't have enough to change it (knew that), so does that mean it's not?

(Urban dictionary) - "A word, originating from Quagmire on the show "Family Guy" that is used when somebody makes a remark that was not intentionally sexual but could be interpreted in that manner. It is essentially the same thing as "that's what she said"

Note: It is 1 third of the phrase "giggity giggity goo"

From what I've just been reading says that it's another way to say or refer to sex, which is against rule 1.13. Although it is a made up word and doesn't have an officially official meaning it can be up for debate.

From my point of view it's a violation.

Yeah, I tried that already. No luck. And yele said it didn't violate the rules but most people probably wouldn't think so. I think it does, though.
