Why the dictator ihas so many request?

 

1)I hardly see top players use it

2)When you drive right up againt a dictator all shots miss you, freeze, fire, thunder, rail and first few shots of plasma.

Don't you think you are deceiving the players. So you choose something and then you find you get something different.

 

Logically you should re-balance first then get players to vote on their favourite hull or turret.
