Stupid Team Help Change it please -_-

what kind of dumb brains they have

judge yourself people
first i give them all the correct information they blocked the account to make some search to know whose account is this ..
i send them now they said information incorrect if they were incorrect why you blocked the account .
notice that i'm the only person sending to them since it was stolen till now .
and from the first email for the account + it's the same name of the big account of mine . 
and it's on the invited friends to the game list .
if you were asking the account names :
DH.DH4   and    DNDN4
they were in the same IP Address but i changed the INTERNET company
so IP Address change too
if you were in thier place you will return me the account 100%
but they don't have any brains
i lost DNDN4


my cousin lost:   PRO-RORO       

my friend lost : marwan99


the problem is all the information is correct so why this stupid silly answers

if you doubt in it go send the theft a message to tell you the information and if he didn't answer it 
return the account to the person who sent you the almost correct answer it's easy !!
but if you don't have a brain you will be like this stupid help

go look @microsoft help
they really helps
they ask you a real questions and they return you the account after 10 seconds

Well I kinda agree to you, but if they say "incorrect" it means incorrect. The information you gave was wrong as they have all the information.

if they kept those lies and bull**** 
i will just quit  All of us must quit
cause we will play and in any moment someone will steal your account
you will send to the help and you will find nothing they will send you

if the wrong answers were 2 or 3 incorrect go send the wrong answers
not all the answers are incorrect

how can you bring a picture of the IP Address and you just changed it !!!!!!!

and if you answered 1 or 2 questions wrong it's ok

look at microsoft help ....   and anyway the account return to the first email at least

so if you send them a message from the first email contain 7-8 correct answers they must return the account

but they keeps saying 

no no we want people to play again and buy crystals so we get money -_-

it's just Hy6 Hy6 Hy6

They blocked the account since you reported a possible break-in into it, and that did not happen due to the informations you gave them.

The first thing is that if you were not able to keep your account secure enough and got it stolen it's not our fault, but yours. All what we can do is to try to help you recover it, but that won't happen if you miss even one of the questions.

For what concern your IP provider change: simply provide them a screenshot showing that you changed provider and explain them that, then show your actual IP.

If all the informations were correct you would have gotten your account back immediatly, no chances.

 

and if you answered 1 or 2 questions wrong it's ok

 

We will never, ever give you back an account if you can't answer to ALL questions correctly. We don't make charity offers and just gift accounts to peoples, you need to provide proofs that you were the real owner, and if you happen to miss some questions then it means you were not even being carefull enough to your account.

Replies in orange. Avoid creating this kind of topics with insults and public criticism of the Game and /or Game representatives, it's forbidden.

All what concern accounts must be dealt with the Tech Support (help@tankionline.com) and not on the Forum.
