Problems with the violators sections is it just me or has TO made a mistake?

Hello, fellow tankers and staff of Tanki Online. I would like to know why the people I reported have not been banned in the past 24-48 hours. My problem with this is when u usually report people they are banned within 24 hours. However this is not the case and other people that report after me the players they report are shown on the violators sections but not mine and I know that they did this after me because I look at the dates and creation time of the topic. Is this just me or has TO made a mistake? Its getting me very agitated because it takes at least 7 minutes to report people. First I have to take screenshots then I have to open up lightshot then I have to find the screenshots and upload them and then I have to copy the links and post them on my topic, then I have to make sure those links work and make sure that the player has not yet been reported or banned. I also have to make sure the screenshots are visible and proven to my claims. And I have reported at least a dozen people why have they not been banned or taken care of. I reported I think 2 people in the Game Violators section on friday (07/04/14) and monday (07/07/14) and a few people in the chat violators section on monday as well. They have not yet been banned and I want to know why. Also to any player that wishes to know why I report people I do it I follow the rules and not violate them and make sure that others do to. Reporting others who violate the rules helps me to not get banned since of course im Reporting them for violating those rules.

LOL. Mods never ban their friends. I reported many of them but nobody got banned. When somebody else report me I got banned on the same time. hats off to mods they don't ban their FRIENDS and BUYERS.

There are many reports submitted by many players. You alone have reported more than a dozen players, imagine how many reports are there which are first checked for their authenticity and then banned. When a topic is created in the violators section it is not visible for others to see, the topic only gets visible once a moderator has finished the report. All the reports that are posted in the violators section are checked, sooner or later. Reports that don't meet the requirements are responded to. Don't worry and have patience.
