Read that first, you might get to know some useful information. After you read that, you should read this topic about the option 'other' [Link]. In the second picture of this topic you see 'saudi arabia' right? Click on that and change it to US, you might find anything there?

I guess it is because your credit card company blocked internet payments, do what the site says (send an email)
