Look, I would like to point out, I am an alternative account of a high rank, so don't accuse me of a noob crying. I would like to point put a few things.

 

This game is going the wrong way. This game, bans people for the following reasons.

 

Criticism of the game and its owners. 

 

This rule is ridiculous in my opinion, because a game, or anything, grows up with Constructive and Criticism.

That's how most things work. You do something, you receive opinions, some bad, and you try to fix it, and in the end it's all good. But Tanki doesn't accept any Criticism. They ban/erase most of it, and just leave the good opinions, using them for some sort of advertisement/encouragement of the game.

 

Come to think of it, have developers ever listened to us? We posted criticism on Micro-Upgrades, Product Kits, 69 Physics changes, the "balancing" of the currency (Update 123) and for some, the rebalance.

 

NO. They just left it like that, and the game is all weird and sometimes hard to play now. And now, let me explain about the physics changes, which they claim is for balancing the game, but in my opinion it's just scam.

 

For many, many times they have performed this "balancing", which all they did was change the parameters, of hulls and tanks. Few months ago, ricochet used to suck. It really was bad, we rarely saw it. and one month back, it was OP. It had ridiculous impact force, and now, it's nerfed. You see the pattern here? You make some guns and hulls overpowered, and make the rest garbage. By repeating those actions, tankers are forced to buy many M1s and M2s, rather than sticking to one and aiming for what they dreamed for, M3s. It forces them to do so, because it's almost impossible to dominate with it even with drugs.

 

Few months back, My thunder M2 was so OP, it can one shot Hornet M1s with Double Power and sometimes M2 Hornets if you were close enough. This is why it used to dominate battles. Now it's full of Ricochets, Isidas and Twins, or what is OP right now. This is scam, by nerfing some and buffing some, the tankers who are stuck being a high rank while having too much M1s, are forced to buy crystals, or quit the game, or keep losing battles and being called a mult sometimes.

 

Back on topic here, I think devs should listen to us for once. Listen to our opinions, the Ideas and Suggestions topic, I think it's there, just to calm players down. I mean, face it, only mods review that topic. Rarely devs. I don't think devs take any ideas seriously, and they should review the Game Rules, they discuss ideas by themselves, they prefer money than the motivation of us, players, to play this game.

And now, they are moving to unity - I know why. Unity is cheaper to manage than flash player, I know this because many games are from there, some unpopular. I heard it's a nice place to start your first games.

 

 

As I said earlier, my point is, listen to players for once. Please.

 

And if you mods ban me for this, that just shows us even more that you never listen to us and face all the problems of this game.

dude everyone can afford a kit if they dont waste crystals here and here. i created a noob account and i bought only a raigun and an hornet. by the time i got to the m1 dictator-rail kit rank, i already had 49.000 crystals and after a little save up i bought it. the discrimined "buyers" that everyone discriminates are just the ones that pay the game for your all, and need a little improvement in gameplay by donating. is oblivius that i can battle for a month or use my credit card to buy a kit. by the way. about the balance thing... first or later we will reach a totally flat line of balance thanks to those little adjustements.

The main issue with criticism, in our Community, is the purpose of it: if lead to identify pros and cons of something, draw conclusions for the future and, in general, a constructive approach to the argument, that is constructive criticism, but if it is lead with swearing, digging up only negative aspects of something, finding mistakes and pointing fingers at to a possible "guilty", that is unconstructive criticism and it is not tolerated.
The last kind of criticism is difficult to be switiched into positive criticism and into forward-looking arguments and assessments, and therefore such criticism will only be seen as negative.

They have the right to ban you. If you violate rules, they can issue a ban. If you don't want to get a ban, don't violate. Also at the end you said "And if you mods ban me for this, that just shows us even more that you never listen to us and face all the problems of this game." This in some way threatens moderators so please don't be horrible. Now put yourself in someone's shoes who is being sworn at, a mod comes along and bans them, you would thank them. It is not nice to see abusive language especially for younger children who play this game. The forum and chat is a place where tankers can relax and they have the right not to be abused verbally. The game is also going rather well. If you want to complain, email the help desk but I wouldn't recommend it. They work so hard day and night to manage this great game. Don't violate and you wont have to complain.

Well said. He was in fact daring the mods to ban him, (like you mentioned) and if they did it would only prove his point, but it won't.

 

 

EDIT: It seems like some player opens up a new topic everyday about how they hate druggers, yet refuse to purchase the pro pass, or complain about being banned, when they legitimately broke the rules. Honestly, all these new topics opening up are just cluttering the Problems and Solutions Section with tons of complaints, therefore making the Forum mods work harder to keep it clean. If they only knew how much work has been put into the game by the entire TO Staff.

I am a lieutenant colonel and i know players drug alot  but i have a solution for all of your problems, buy drugs, if you cant afford buy a battle pass for a month or you can join a clan where nobody drugs there.
