I was thinking about our L4 and L3 clans..

Russian L4 is weak, but L3 is like our L2.

The leagues in our community are sorted out seriously wrong. And we have some potential L3 clans that should be top league.

And mostly inactive clans. 20% of my clan don't know to post "I am in this clan" (faceplam)

So why do you even aim for such players if tgey have no interest in being in a clan?

Im wondering if YOU actually are aware of the situation.

I am aware that mostly people in this game are from Russia and Europe, the time is made suitable for these players, not for the minority. Edited by domxxe65

It's not only about the times.

Then what other disadvantages do you find in StarLadder?

It's been said before , the Englisch community doesn't stand a chance. In CS we had a chance to stand out and win things.

It's better to lose against proffesionals and try to win than fight noobs and instead of an exciting tournament have a long amd boring drag (recent DT tourney was exactly that). Competition is supposed to be hard.

So hard that the topclan of our community closes?

This should be a clear sign that we should stick with CS , so this community has a chance again.

Has a chance for what?

And the ratings are old, the top league clan isn't any better than some L3 clans which really have potential.

A chance to win a tournament for example.

That's good if there will be matches just between the Englisch community more clans have a chance of winning

I repeat: beating noobs is more boring than fighting experienced players.

You just said top leaque clans aren't any better than some leaque 3 clans. I expect awesome battles then , not some embarressing whitewash

I do not see the point in playing just to lose against Russian clans who have far more experience than us, we are not ready to play against them yet, even after NA closed you would of thought they would see English clans are nothing compared to Russian clans. Sure we will learn some things but what is the point in losing all games causing the clans confidence to go down and probably more arguments to occur due to losing. I think the times when you could use freeze and viking on defense was the best time in Cybersport.

Says the 12 year old kid. When you get older you''ll understand the timeproblem.

you're not much older than him i'm sure. Also what does age have to do with anything? I know 12 years old who are busy and don't have much time to do what they want all day, don't assume things.

Russian clans are more experienced, yes. That is why I think we should play against them and learn, instead of staying in an amateur Cybersport level. Their experience didn't come from nowhere, they trained, they lost, they got better, that is the necessary process that our community's clans need to go through as well. Giving up and saying 'what's the point?' isn't the way to get better. Edited by domxxe65

Yeah, I agree with you. But do you really think our clans are capable of doing that? I see two clans NA and DNS who closed because the pressure was too much for them and they couldn't win, it's the same for most English clans if they lose. so yes, you're right, just our clans are not ready for losing so much and learning from them, yet.

My clan faced some bad defeats and some hard wins in StarLadder, each of those battles made us rethink our strategies and create new plans but I feel like we're improving. Best thing to keep in mind is that everyone in Tanki is human, noone is unbeatable.

That's called dedication, something you need to have to succeed. And the times are perfect for ~95% of the players, most of Europe. How is the time for kids?

What irritates me is ping, mine is like 90+ always(coz I live in india) and even if i shoot first by 1 second difference. in the next shot i get shot first  <_<

That's what I'm facing as well. But it is possible to get used to it.
