Battle option for restricting certain equipment

Hello, my idea is to put equipment for battle like , 

When i make a battle , i put turrets and hulls that i want people to use ,

i can put that i only want them to use Turrets: Fire , Hulls: Wasp/Fire

Like that i can put 2 or 3 or 4 things they can use only.

regarding protection modules it would be cool, to introduce a max protection value for this battles.

If you like to enter a battle that is limited to 25% max protection, but you have a 33% tripple module equipped, then you may enter but your three equipped protections are simply cut down and limited to 25%.

How can this topic be planned, if it opens up the doos to Wasp/Hornet/Fire battles?

The game designer stated at various points that Wasp/Hornet/Fire will never happen (except with no funds maybe)

 

 

just asking because it came into my mind as I read it today

The tag is from an identical idea on the Russian ideas site. That's where I got most of the [Planned] tags - the rest I got from information given publicly by devs (such as the in-game clan system). I realise that a lot of these tags are inaccurate and that Hazel himself denies that this will be implemented, so I will check with him the status of this and probably all other "planned" ideas.

I'm changing the status, as Hazel said it's unlikely that this will be implemented anytime soon. They have other plans at the moment and doing this will require a lot of effort for very little benefit to the game. Also, he mentioned that if this will ever be implemented, such custom battle modes will be the same as Parkour format - no EXP or crystals, unfortunately.

I would like to make a suggestion that is a bit different than the topic of this forum, but related, and I didn't know where else to post it.

 

I suggest that entry to any battle should depend on the equipment in the tank, not on rank.

 

Let me explain.  Suppose a variable is created called "Tank Strength".  Your tank strength would be calculated based on your best hull and best turret.

Tank Strength = upgrade level of most upgraded hull + upgrade level of most upgraded turret.

 

Then you would only be allowed into battles with tanks of similar Tank Strength.  You might be battling against people of much lower or much higher rank, but with similar tank strength.

 

The idea of Rank would still exist, and it would still determine your access to certain items in the garage, but it would have nothing to do with access to battles.

Hmm Aunty'd like to weigh in on this one too.

 

  For those that like XP/BP/DR or whatever the existing dodgy formats there are, we don't all like rail!  Some

 of us hate them every bit as much as you like them, and some of us don't even bother to buy the equipment.

 

  I'd like to see a system, that defaults to everything on, and allows you to deselect the items you

  don't want to see appear.  Be it, that hulls are broken into heavy/medium/light or just each individual,

  I know I'd be losing the heavy hulls in any game I start.  You can have a good arm wrestle of a battle

  raging and some peanut kills it all with some monster truck.

 

  I'd like to see weapons in the second of these systems, each one on its own.  Again I'm sure we all

  have our own personal hates, but for similar reasons to the the above paragraph, I find that freeze,

  and vulcan are the worst offenders for unbalancing teams on the battles I far prefer. So I'd be knocking

  those on the head, but allowing everything else.

 

So in short +++ for the idea of being able to customise battles.  Preferably to remove what you want to remove,

rather than add what you want to add.   Which I feel is more likely to keep battles a little wider open, than going

the other way.

PS: I also believe that this is far more important to players than devs and mods give it credit for.

Because magnum ruines most of the battles, especially NOISE when magnum is on the red side, I and probably many others would like a gamemode like XP/BP/DR but then an option to exclude mangum from the battle. 

 

Just take a look at the image below (NOISE): the blue team is practically useless and the magnum on the red is just shooting like any noob can do, just holding space. So keeping them out of some battles would be awesome (ofc this is for PRO-battles only)

Also, magnum's should have more disadvantages like all guns do, like removing the huge splash damage / prolong the reload time / decreasing damage. Would be great too

 

 

 

 

To put it short what's inside the spoiler:

- Add the option to keep magnums out of certain battles

- Add disadvantages to magnum

No, this is not asking to add Wasp/Fire. :)

 

I think that when creating a PRO battle, one should be able to select ANY combo or list of combos in a separate dialog.

It's simple, make an option to disable a wapeon before creating a pro battle. Since Magnum is released Noise got allot less fun, make noise fun again!
