i am sure everyone had bad karma on Tanki, just few of them caught and get listed in Bad Karma List.

lol the fact that such a post was made proves that your not ready to become a staff member the rules of tanki online are not hard to understand or to follow as far im concerned  as you wanting to become a staff member, the best you can do is stay an active member of tanki online and show the staff that you have changed as a player and that you are mature enough to become a staff member by following the rules.

It would be great if we report someone and if he got a ban, one part of our kama will be cleaned. Then some people who got a really bad kama like me can become a staff member.

I strongly disagree. The position of a staff is crucial and important. Leaving it in the hands of tattletalers would disrupt the balance, and eventually,everyone would be getting bans, and then having their karmas' cleaned up, and eventually, gaining positions in staff. Non-trustworthy people would take positions in staff.

Karma can not be cleaned, never. It represents a player's history, thus it won't be deleted or partially erased.
