you are grown , tell me , is Tanki for people who are Computer engineers or who are always into file types and all ? i think this game is played for fun and i am not saying its tanki's fault , but don't call people stupid if they accept a file , there are little kids who are good with the game and bad with the tech , There could also be a picture hack nothing in this world is impossible , the links you send us are like t.co etc etc , sometimes its about youtube and not even twitter , you cannot safeguard your account unless you just trust no body and thats really not a solution , Its a game, we are supposed to enjoy it not to feel endangered that we may lose our account

Anyways, there are reasons why the internet should be given only after a person reach a certain age and, in case, parents must follow their sons/daughters on the net, you may have lost your parents bank account's datas and informations if they had an online bank account and used it on the PC you got hacked on.

Yes , its a keylogger. that explains how emails and bank accounts got hacked.

Will we always need to stay careful for our accounts and never accept files or open stuff ? 
The hacker could also instead of a goldboxpic.exe say its a tanki loader , like many others made , or something like standalone player , that would be .exe , what then ? 

Anymore will tanki be like just go on the website, don't talk much don't make friends don't trust ? 

I am not a programmer , so i don't know what to do , If there is a way please guide us .

Wait was destroy-u on his account yesterday or the hacker? because I remember him coming to the battle of my main account at combe and started drugging using a viking m3 and isida m3 when I didn't drug at all so then I left and came back not giving him space to breathe when I drugged one hitting his viking m3 all the time with my shaft m3

Here there is a simple solution to the trouble. DO NOT ACCEPT .EXEs, .DLL and any other files from strangers who contacted you in the game. they will infect your computer and stole all the sensibile data stored on it just by making you opening their files. you will lose emails, cryptocurrency, social networks id, credit cards, game accounts and everything that can be sold on the internet to make money. tanki already told that to you and keeps to tell this everyday in the chat. is your faults and you all cant get your things back. 

Ps: everyone whit a little willpower can change ip after he got ip-banned. so is useless to ipban.

If the account has been stolen support return it to the owner. In general, you should never accept exe files, this file type can become infected and should be carefully scanned if someone sends you a file with this extension.
