"Fatal error" - a problem appears

Hello,

 

For about a week now, I keep getting "Fatal error" randomly. As there are no answers from the developers in the older thread, I'm starting a new one. It would be great if someone at least bothers to say "this will be fixed in a week, a month, a year...". Thank you.

 

I use IE 11. It was fine today (the same map, the same tank...), but suddenly in a map it happened about five times within two or three minutes now.

i'm not getting this error by some weeks,used to get that when i changed equipment too fast (like when ur ghost tank and go out of garage before you become a tank)

and also i got it 3-4 times in a same iran battle... like yours,try smaller maps

I read that actually. But as you might notice, developers are "solving" that for 4 months without a single word of any progress or status (it is just a code, not a spaceship). Some people complain about the lack of communication in that topic, too.

 

Perhaps a little more communication from the Tanki team would do no harm. Otherwise it is not exactly user-friendly customer service.

It's a serious problem and it's hard to solve it, so we just need to wait.

I won't be playing Iran for a while now - had about 10 fatal errors in last 2 days.

Had another just in silence, right at the end of the game too with 10 seconds left.

Issues after updating Flash to 14.0.0.125

I saw several guys are struggling with the Fatal Server Error and loose chrystals and achievements.

 

I several times experienced this error especially in servers with more than 1800 players logged in.

The cleaning of browser cache helped a little, but still I get this error too much.

 

BUT I NEVER LOOSE ANY CHRYSTAL!!!

(Only when due to too frequent error I intentionally leave the battle)

 

This is a temporary solution only, and i never found it in the forum:

- quit from the fullscreen mode, but not with the red X exit button!

- click on the URL bar, but pay attention not to clear it so that to keep the link of the battle

- hit enter or the reload page button

- then you have to re-login to the server, but you will be at once dropped back into the battle

 

Comments:

- AFAIK you have two minutes to reenter

- maybe this equals to one self destruct, but your killing and achievement won't loose

^you are right, but during refreshing the page you leave the battle untill you write your pass and login. If you do it slowly, someone else can join to the battle and if it's full, you automatically lose your score.

When I loose connection, so I am practically out, the system shows me still in the battle. My friend saw me in. So, nobody can join to get your place, but a slow entering can exceed the 2 minutes limit of the system, and then you will be really out.

Anyway, if you were out you would at once loose your achievement.
