Isidia Problems

I have an M0 Isidia i recently used in battle, but it can't heal teammates with low health, but it emits the Blue Healing Ray.  I also feel like it doesn't do any damage either.  What's wrong with my Isidia?

lagg i believe, happens to me as well sometimes try shooting someone else for a sec then go back to healing that person u were healing. Also it's isida :)

Maybe there is something with your connection. It happens sometime to me too with Ricochet. I leave the battle and then I come back again.
