Did I go down a rank? (Please read this Administrators)

3 days ago I went up a rank from staff sergeant to master sergeant and I was like this :D. Today when I went on, my rank went down and my xp went down from about 20023 down to 17423 and now I am like this :?: and this :cry: and this :(. Please fix this problem, administrators. Thank you for any solutions, suggestions or comments.

 

P.S. My crystal amount remained the same.

wise words, but are u sure u didn't? cos the admins say that u gradually get ur xp back, so maybe u gradually got ur xp and rank back. u maybe didnt notice it cos it was coming back so slow, but maybe u got the xp back.

It's happened to me three times now. I had 40236, now I have 38996. I'm so annoyed! Administrators need to fix this problem. :evil:

no i didn`t get the xp back. but that doesn`t matter i used my experience to rank up even faster than before.

 

I also lost 200 000 xp points back from when I was downgraded from marshal to a low rank.

I still miss those, you know.. :( Never got them back and probably never will.

Doesn't happen to me. Haven't lost any XP all the way up to 322280 as where I am now.

So I've spent some money to this game.. then I lose rank because of some bug and then I don't get it back? Doesn't sound good to my ears when I am paying customer. Hope I will never lose rank then!
