So far just by going for it, I have figured out how to load 3d file objects from tankviewer, but not the actual jpeg/png models, now I am trying to see how to make my own physical models, so many options, its scares me... lol

but from what it looks like, most of the options are just for viewing mode?

Dude, how many times do I have to advise you to set the camera to orthographic? You're just ignoring the most crucial step and without that your pic doesn't look good.

First day with blender, learned how to basically move camera, zoom, import 3ds just by messing around. Nirm helped with texture import

day 2 tomorrow :D
