Working on a Chevrolet Camaro using a blueprint.

Gonna get to the little details and some adjustments tomorrow (and maybe the texture).

Remember...No triangles!

My car is ready, but texturing it by the UV unwrap method is so friggin' hard! It just isn't working. Gonna have a go at texturing it again tomorrow.

Edit: Well, I had another go at it. This time, I didn't create a complete UV map for all of it, but I used the UV image editor for only a few sections. And here is the finished result:

Lol, it sucks so bad. :P

My first go at modeling

Nice! :)

A few suggestions:

1. It's not really clear how the tank moves forward. If it levitates, place it a bit higher than the base. Otherwise, add some visible tracks. I'm presuming that the greyish blue lines visible on the inside are meant to be the tracks. But they don't really look like tracks. Use the array and curve modifier to create tracks.

2. Make the front light stronger than the one at the bottom. Though the light at the bottom looks aesthetically pleasing, it's not something which would be done in real life. Lights are mainly for utility in real life.

3. Add more detail to the tank. It looks a bit plain, especially the second one.

Good Suggestions! I will try add some more detail but i am quite happy for my first go :)

The finished versions of my spaceship, rendered at 1k samples:

The background isn't mine.

Looks great! Try making the windshield transparent or glass. You could also attempt fire

This topic is sooo inactive...

Rendering this at even 200 samples took so much friggin' time, all thanks to the explosion! Wish I had a faster CPU...

On a side note, gonna have to think of a new signature for my new nick...
