1.) It cant be before the server update because we need the server restart for the sale so after.

2.) Maybe unless they tell us (doubt it) But you'll see 70% in the garage.

someone answer this please. my timezone is PST, Pacific standard time. so when the server restarts for me its at 6:00 pm, so that being said when does it turn july 28 in russia ? and what time is it when they do the server restart over there ?

Yeah. I am spending this weekend in the countryside, the internet is rubbish here, so I asked Mariya to help out:)

Also, the community management team is getting more global in terms of people and actions. So, you can expect to start seeing Mariya more often in the EN Tanki, and not only in the forum.

 

About the discount, it will be a random hour during the day, not necessarily right after the morning restart.
