Lost all my funds !

Hello ! ,

I have a little problem with the ping it went to 999 and suddenly it said Connection closed by server but i killed about 197 tanks and the battle was almost finish and i was about to get 4,000 crystals.
can you give me crystals or just fix the ping problem please ?

Your crystals won't be returned if you don't have any screenshots, sorry.

did you lose your internet connection? if yes. how much time was left for the battle to end? if less than 5 minutes were left then you probably have gotten the reward, just reload and check for it.

if it was more than 5 minutes, then what you can only do is that you should send a screenshot of the battle (if you have one while you had high score and the fund was more than 2000) to help@tankionline.com

No, i didn't lost the internet connection, THAT ONLY CAUSE 999 PING but i tried reloading the page and nothing happened, also i sent email to help@tankionline.com and they refused to send the crystals again :(

i never saw connection closed problem because of 999 ping.... and are you sure you didn't got the crystals?

they won't be able to help you unless you will give them a pic of that battle.

take this note and always take a pic with your score (fullscreen) so that if this type of problem occurs then tanki can help you out.

999 ping often makes you lose connection. When it happens to me and everything starts spinning out, I refresh. It I doesn't work the first time I keep on doing it until it does.

Well I am sorry but you are not only one who is the 'victim' here. I drugged in Silence CTF hard. Fund was 30k. I was first in winning team, and I was going to get 4k-5k. And 1 player lagged/hacked really much, and I get the foul play. But without evidence nothing can happen I think. . . .

Sorry i don't have screenshot moderator, or anything, all thing is fine, suddenly closed the server and said Connection closed by server

But they refused to return my crystals

I was about to get 4000 crystals and battle fund was above 22,000 crystals and two gold boxes dropped, so im very sad about this and still didn't get my crystals :(

Unfortunately, without proof, crystal return is impossible, sorry. Next time, when you are in a good place and battle fund is high, take a screen shot :)

if u r using a wifi internet[even a main source],can raise ur ping

below 200 only the game will be better

if u reached 999,check ur internet quickly

all are wrong, lower ping is better and all browsers can refresh the page. Stop trolling and misinforming!
