rank requirement to upgrade

I think that when someone MUs previously modification of weapon, he should get bonus as 1 required rank less for next modification.

I wouldn't like that. It would be more of an encouragement to MU stuff fully, which takes a lot of crystals. M1's cost 100k's Either people would waste their crystals or buyers will fully MU items and get it before they're supposed to. Kits + That??? Not good.

What about snowball effect? Player buys m0, MUing it and he got M1 before other players can do that. And then he MUing it to get M2. And then he gets M3 when you can afford only M1. How fair is that suppose to be? Aren't Weapon Kit's made it clear that giving some players content before others can get to it is not doing any good?
