I see so many bad words and threats in the chat. I want to be able to help, but there are too many to submit each one. Also I don't have a high enough rank to be a regular mod. I think there should be a Mod Apprentice where all bans and reports that they make will have to be confirmed by a regular Mod before they take place. I hope this becomes a reality.

 

Well, they ask you to take a screenshot of violation and post it in the violators section.

Dear Tanki Team,

 

I have been playing the game since about June 2013. I enjoy it immensely, so much so that it interferes with my schoolwork!  :D Here are some sporadic brainstorms I wrote down at one time or other.

 

  • Increase Hunter's "anti-inertial turning acceleration." I have a Hunter M2 and have played with a Hunter M4 in test server and I am constantly bumping into things because of this parameter. Why is Viking so popular? This is why. Viking is very nimble compared to Hunter. Hunter feels big and clumsy. If anything, Viking should feel this way and Hunter should be nimble. (I also have Viking M2, so this isn't a bitter Hunter owner railing against Vikings.)
  • In the "Development Plans" section of the wiki you state you are working on two new turrets. I realize then, that this suggestion is probably too late, but writing it down won't hurt anything. Make a light machine gun. Something w/ infinite firing, fast reload, and decent range. I would also like to see a mortar-like gun - something that can shoot over buildings. I don't know how well this turret would work, but I wanted to throw it out there.
  • Give players extra XP for destroying opponents while in the air. Killing someone while jumping off a bridge or something similar is one of my favorite things to do in TO. All turrets have this ability, but it would give an advantage to lighter hulls over heavier hulls. (Between two accounts, I own Wasp M1, Hornet M2, Hunter M2, Viking M2 and Mammoth M2 so this would favor me sometimes and other times it wouldn't).  The bonus doesn't have to be much, 2-3 XP or so.

 

Anyway, like I said, these are just some rambling thoughts.

Agree, its one of the reasons i've abandoned hunter, not enough acceleration...

I have a paint idea. i know paints have protection but what if you guys implemented weaknesses?

heres my idea... lets take the paint inferno... the paint has flames so instead of -30 percent fire it could be like +20 fire. im basing this on how the paint looks like so the marine paint has resistance against fire but its blue like water and freeze blows out frozen water like substance. If anyone has played pokemon they would understand. Because everything has a weakness and this my friend would make the gameplay much more interesting. I kn0w ur thinkin... whats the point of protection in the first place then? Well for me this sounds very fun! and it can help defeat those annoying druggers or mammoths. i just want to hear your opinion :)

I have an idea that might improve Tanki Online.

 

A Mini-Map.

 

Here is some information on how it will look, what it will show, and what it will do.

 

-The Mini-Map will be placed on the corner of the screen.

 

-The Mini-Map will have a Bird's eye view of the map.

 

-The Mini-Map would also display the players, A player who is in the red team will be red, and a player who is in the blue team will be blue, if you are in a DM then everyone is green, except you (you will be highlighted). Also, if a tank gets killed, it will show the tank stop and turn brown (rust color) and then disappear and reappear in another spot. If a player is carrying a flag, it will show a Mini Flag next to the player.

 

- The mini map may also have the locations of drop too, and  for CP (Control Points) a Circle with a letter over it will represent the Control Point(s).

 

Note: I am not sure if I can say anything for any spectators, you can decide!

 

I am sorry if anyone else has posted this before. This probably won't be added in the game, but thank you for reading!

That would be cool, but wouldn't that ruin sneak attacks? and what about multi level maps, like Subway. Maybe that could be only in a Pro map

I think this will be very good no crystal boxes no gold box just play only to earn crystals.In option removing crystals boxes you guys can give more xp for 1 kill. 

 

Like give 25 or 20 xp for 1 kill in place of 10.

I'd support a cancel self destruct function. Perhaps by holding down the delete key until the time runs out to destruct. Take your finger off to pause, quick tap to cancel.

 

I also thought about a mortar weapon, on all hulls. Recharges very slow but would be fun to lauch a mortar into the enemy camp before dashing in to grab the flag. I'd think the mortar would behave like a Thunder hit but make it more fun and let it damage all tanks in the splash range. Got to be careful not to wipe out your team mates :o .

 

I'd love the idea of a map with water and mud features. Can you imagine travelling under water for a sneak attack? Perhaps with electric eels too for an added effect.

 

Would a radar-like function that warns when you're been targeted by Shaft work for anyone? Maybe give you a couple of seconds to armour up or recharge your health. If I remember correctly, Shaft stills ranks highest as the most disturbing gun. Thus this update would balance that out. Not very realistic though. Edit - laser sites introduced, played it on the test server and I approve.

 

Please add flash grenades to stun your opponents when in a dogfight and let you get a clean getaway. Oh my, that would be annoying if you thought you had them. A bit like running over a mine when chasing.

 

Can we have night-time lighting option? It was loads of fun at Halloween, sat in the dark with only the glow of the monitor. Woooo. The tanks can have headlights :ph34r: . Edit - night-time here, just waiting on the headlights, hehe.

 

I'd like to be able to chuck a health kit to a team mate in CTF. If they've stuck their neck out to grab that flag and get back to a safer zone then it's a shame when they loose the flag due to a stray shot. It could work by alllowing us to select a team mate in the game stats screen and then select donate health. You'd be vunerable for a fews seconds while performing your good deed so it'd have to be done carefully. Yeah, I know we have Isida for that but it'd be good to be able to help whatever turret you're rocking.

 

Stop them mining tanks whilst spawning. Sure a skillful player can get away but at lower ranks it takes a while to skill-up. At higher ranks battles then players should be less bothered by this tactic.

 

Give people some of the battle fund in CTF, even though they didn't win any flags. Based on kills, hits on enemy targets or time spent battling within the enemy territory. Edit - done, nice one guys.

Get rid of crystal boxes and gold boxes

 

Reward everyone at the end of the game with the amount of crystals equal to the points they have scored.

 

This way players with good scores on losing teams won't be punished for staying with that losing team till the end of the game.

 

and if players know they will be fairly rewarded they will not quit early.

An idea is to have a drop down menu for maps.  We all have maps we want to play on, but to have to search through all different serves is very frustrating.  By providing a menu to select maps and it show you all the games being played all that map would improve this so much.

 

I don't care what server I play on, I always look for the type of map.  Some maps I want to play may no be that popular and I have to search through 10+ servers to try and find it.  Most of the time I just give up.  But with this drop down menu, it would be so awesome.

 

What do you think?  Can we add it to the user interface?

In majority flag games, there are defenders with heavy tanks sitting and hiding in a corner. Now defenders are always present to stop the attacker from taking the flag but major points are awarded to those players who return the flag but not the shooters. So there comes partiality to the heavy tankers who are the core defenders. Its not fair. This way the defenders loose their trust in defending, and in most random games everyone starts crying and trying to capture the flag. And no-one even trusts defending!
My proposal is to update the system somewhat like this-

 

1) The defender who shoots the flag bearer, gets the major points than the returner, if the flag bearer dies in a close proximity of our flag post.

2) And if the flag bearer dies in an area far away from the flag post, then the points get divided in somewhat equal proportions.

Please take a look at this!

that when anyone selfdestructs  the person near him (of other team or any person an death match) must get damage as we see in thunder if you like the suggestion plz plz and lz pm me about this

You could make a new update about achievements and rewards can be given for reaching that achievementsfor example

Although you don't have to consider this now but possibly later in the future and this can enables newbies to understand what to in the game and a reward like XP or crystals can make them put their backs into the game more and help them to develop faster so they are not an easy target for higher rankers.

I would like to suggest,that when you make discounts on weapons such as today:50%thunder and shaft,you also give discount on all paint protection from these weapons only,because,on that day and the following week you can't even move a finger and if you are hornet or wasp user such as me you can't stay alive longer then 5 seconds,because if some drugged thunder or shaft schot you even once you are dead unless you have some paint protection...so I'm suggesting to give the discount on paints too,like you were doing for some weapons in the past disscounts ^_^

I have an idea for the Goldbox problem!

 

Why instead of making goldbox fall,we must make the system in a way to PROMOTE the best player and the good player gets the 1000 Crystals as reward.

 

.We must completely remove goldbox and replace it with 1000 Crystals promotion.

 

.No matter! if the player is first or last,the system must detect that this player plays well and then an alarm and shows the player name(Player nickname was promoted).This is an example.

 

Advantages:

 

1.Less distraction in Battles.

2.Players will be more focus and determine to be the best.

3.No one will feel that their Hulls is weaker than others as Most of times strong hulls gets the goldbox.

4.No wastage of hard work players.Player won`t be discouraged!

Hello, my username is WeepAngel in Tanki and enjoy the game very much. The graphics are great, the whole idea behind it, and it is a free multiplayer game that does not take any special downloads. There is one problem I am finding for the game though. When inviting friends, you can only send a request with no reason, and the same goes for a "Decline". Sometimes I would like to invite friends just to chat, parkour, or simply battle, but cannot get that point across if it is not possible to join the game they are in. The annoying way to get them out of a game is to repetitively send requests until they accept, which as you can imagine, loses some friends and makes people annoyed. If you could add it to where you can send a short message (can be pre-set to eliminate language abuse) when inviting friends so that they understand why they are being invited, but please do not make it a necessity to send the invite. The same goes for Declining and invite. It makes you seem mean when it says you "refused" to join. Sometimes I cannot join because I am playing with friends, the game is full, or I simply do not want to. I cannot get this message across easily. Can you please consider this idea for future updates? I would appreciate it very much and it would make the game so much better. I also do not like the new experiment btw. Thank you very much!

My idea is that:-

1) As we all know prevention is better that cure so i feel that instead of banning player we should stop them to increase further so my idea is every player(who did not got any ban from begging or less ban should be rewarded with few crystals and the offenders should receive less or no crystals for breaking rules. This will encourage users to be a honest player of game. 

 

2)Some more new guns and hulls should be introduced in the game.

 

3) Tanki online should be available on mobile(mobile version) so that if any player have any problem in their devices they can play on their smartphones.

Hello Tanki Online.

I have an idea, namely:
In battle xp make Button to enter the XP only, reason: now a lot of players access to the XP vandalism, and this is something very, very bad, please from Tanki Online management, make Button to enter the map XP only kit xp without change, and Paint 10% or 0%

Reason: Some players play in XP paint 46%, this is very very bad thing,

Please from Tanki Online administration put this thing in XP only map.

Hello Tanki Online. 

I have some great idea abut developing new features in this game

 

1. First of all let's talk about crystal drops. They are good for low ranks , especialy for those who don't buy them via money. Here is my idea:  The crystal drops to be UNSPECIFIED  and to have a DIAGONAL drop ( wind concept). They remains a mistery until they are collected. But they are harder to achive because of the trajectory. 

 

2. A new cube ( marked with the "?" sign) . This cube will be a surprise one. He can contain POSITIVE or NEGATIVE things

         Positive  : - temporary upgrades the weapon or the turret  to M1  or up parameters - depending or the rank of the player ( for 2 minutes)

                         - temporary microupgrade  ( one or more parameters , only in that battle and only for some minutes)

                         - other random  temporary upgrade for the tank /weapon ( everyone can experiment the next level for his weapon / turret). 

                         - the primary weapon fires with one of the next M's parameter (on damage / recharge ...etc)

                         - other things like that . 

         Negative : - instant kill ( a bomb) 

                         - can't rotate weapon for 2 minute . 

                         - temporary half speed 

                         - temporary inversed controls ( directions ) 

    Everyone should think twice te get or not to get that cube.

 

3. Unmarked places for the power ups ( it's better for competition). 

4.  In battles , can't join only +2 , -2 your rank (a bit closed limits)  - the differences are huge sometimes between lowest and highest ranks. . 

 

If you like the purposal you may analise. I can tell you more sugestions Users can support me also...
