Does it annoy anyone else that you can't shoot if your driving and turning your turret at the same time or that if your already shooting and driving you can't turn your turret?

i hate it! always, when im pissing off shaft using my wasp im holding ^, < \ >, z / x and when i want to kill him finaly, its ipossible. i cant use spacebar to shoot.

Idea for New Tanki <--->

How about adding weather? Rain, snow, fog, or even mud and rivers. Or deep sand that you can get stuck into XD A game mode that is really hard --- with drugging M4 NPCs, low visability, and stuff that makes killing hard.

Water would be like the deeper you get, the more HP you lose, the more time you spend, the more HP you lose... Oh yeah and light hulls float XD they must use impact force from their guns to go :D

Mud is like a glue hole that makes you go slow and it has secret, unknown deep parts that you can get stuck into.

Snow, Rain--- they can activate randomly, first clouds come, that 50% rain or 50%snowstorm. 

It would look nice i admit :) But...

 

Many of us have a problem with low FPS, adding weather effects, mud, rivers would require a 2000 EUR hardware :)

what i mean we have 3 mission every day so when it is finished it put "1" has been finished and same as freind list how many tankers has added u it put numbers it is so cool hope it is good idea :)) peace

My idea is something that the developers might already have in the game, but if not, try implementing a system that stops rendering any terrain that the user cannot see at the current time, therefore incredibly reducing lag. Also, how about a render distance setting? Also when you are creating a battle or about to join a battle, in the area that shows a picture of the map, have the user be able to click and drag inside that area to get a 3D view of the map all around, as I believe that would be very helpful when selecting that map that you want without having to enter the battle just to see what it looks like. It would also help with selection for parkour and possibly clan wars. I hope you take into account what I am saying and think about how it might help increase the gameplay's potential.

This is an example of what I did to work the first idea (I think, I kinda forget what class it was in, but I believe this was the right code). It is written in Java, not ActionScript, sorry.

I was going to like this until I read your conclusion.

Actually, it was not the money that caused this but the huge increase of free crystals/supplies that did.

I will add that I saw a match yesterday where a mammoth instantly teleported in the Industrial map from his team's flag area right onto the flag base of the other team. I complained and someone said it was only lag. I pointed out exactly what happened and they not only shut up but that tanker immediately quit the game. This tank, by the way, was playing for my team, so I do NOT only complain when it's the other team cheating (I complain about cheaters no matter which team it is and no matter who is winning/losing the game).

I really Don't Know Why this Happen :lol: , But I realize They all increase with the Introduction of Daily Mission & Increase amount of Crystal for Money

Lagging in Tanki

 

Lagging in Tanki is rally pain after all, Some time I cant even see where i going. most of time end up by Self destructing.  From days of Research of Lagging I found the istances where it occurs.

  • When you are in a Battle with more than 7 players a side.
  • Just when Gold Box alarm rings.
  • When you are in Larger maps
  • Just when you take Enemy Flag
  • When you have more that 4 players front of you

Hack - I realize its Suddenly starts lagging when Gold Box alarm rings, many varied that it also happen when you take Enemy flag or try to return our flag. I really suspect this Lagging cannot be cause naturally. I believe some kind of HACK should be with this <_<

 

Reason - B) "And Reason for other type of Lagging is mainly because of Flash based Platform of Tanki, When Tanki is first time loaded nearly 800mb of data are downloaded to Cache Memory. Then they are loaded to RAM, when we are playing each and every new turret & hull are loaded like this in .obj form (I guess). Your both RAM and Cache get filled with data with time you play, and it reduce your PC performance with time gradually increase Lagging. "

Best solution for us is to Take a powerful Gaming PC and clean all cache every time it Lagging (This is a waste of Data :()

Solution - Another solution is that Tanki should change in to a Partial Installed game. Part of game should installed fist (all graphics & maps), Then when game load remaining parts of game (User account details) should load with Internet. All the data about game in Computer should update every time player log in to game. Nothing about user should be stored in PC because then its another opportunity to Hacker :ph34r:. Changing the Game to this form will reduce lagging also saves Data usage.

Have only been playing around 4 months but I'm quite enjoying it so thanks for a great game (my first and only MMO game).
As an older player i tend to avoid the chat section but occasionally i will watch it a whilst waiting for a battle to start.
From this and obviously from playing I just had a couple of possible ideas that you may consider so i thought i would shoot you an email to see what you thought.

Anyway ideas below.

Have a small box at the top of the screen to show your current tank status (Hornet M1 , Twins M2) etc.  This would mean that you do not have to wait for garage to load to check when starting up the game?

Create Tank spec battles:
You could have a battle rating of 0-6 and your combined turret and hull rating need to fall below the set value.
So if i created a 2 rated battle my total M status would have to be <2.  M1 hull and M1 turret or M2 turret and M0 hull etc.

This may mean that you would need to allow players to but multiple hulls so that they can have 1 x M0 Hornet, 1 x M1 hornet, 1 x  M2 hornet etc.

That would give the choice for new players to play older players on an even ground and could create new friends that would not normally have battled.  It would also allow higher ranked players to vary their battle playing and even to help newer players.
The only difference in these battles would be hull and turret choice and then micro upgrades but you would be at least close to even and would also make for some interesting combinations (you could have an M0 hull and M3 Turret facing an M2 Hull and M1 turret etc.  Maybe the battle fund could be a higher increase rate in higher rated rooms to stop experienced players just going to lower rooms to destroy newcomers?
You could even take this further and have handicapped rooms so the higher rank can only use up to rating 2 but lower ranks can use up to 3?  Many possibilities can arise i think.

If you were allowed multiple numbers of the same hull (maybe set a maximum of 3??) then there would be not so much need for multiple accounts.  This in turn would prevent people from creating new accounts just to cause trouble and harass people in chat.  They do this currently because if the account gets banned i think they just create another or revert to an old one.  Removing this option would make people more accountable for their own actions.

 

Ps.  I think the cost to change user name is a little high as it could have been a typing error or something.  Maybe you could give everyone the chance to have 1 free change (or maybe 10000 crystals) but subsequent ones cost more.  This would at least allow mistakes or bad initial choices to be corrected.

A new paint that does nothing at first ( in terms of protection ). 

 

However, this "blank" paint can be upgraded to protect from ANY turret,

in the same way that normal paints are upgraded, starting at 0 % for each protection.

 

Tankers can micro-upgrade this paint over time, to build a "custom paint"

This would give whatever combination(s) of turret protection that he desires. 

 

The upper level of protection could be capped at 50%,

so as not to make it better than existing paints,

or perhaps a maximum total of 50% spread over all the protection values.

 

The price to MU stage-by-stage could be similar to other paints, or maybe more.

Good idea :) But if you wanna limit the overall protection value, it should be about 70%-80%. Take Clay for example - it has 50% only on Ricochet, and it has protection against other turrets.

I didn't want to steal any glory from existing paints...

I feel it should be slightly worse than the best ready-made existing paints. But 100% total would be AWESOME

I think there should be a limit like for the protection such as, number of selected turrets, and percentage determined by ranks. Still the developers may not agree to this because it kind of takes away the point of having other protecting paints or has a "negative economic effect" as the developers claim..

Once upon a time (a year ago or something like that) you were able to set whatever length you wanted for any battle you created, without a need to make it PRO. But those times have gone and faded away in the Developers' hunt after Dollars (or Rubles?).

Ugh! Why don't you newbies atleast check out the rules for the Ideas & Suggestions section! This is perhaps the billionth time now that we have said that ideas regarding selling/refund are not accepted!

well i have a suggestion, tanki online should incorporate capability of voice chat within battles i mean if 10 people are playing a battle 5 a side then there could be two choices of voice chats, within team and overall chat option, i seriously believe this will make the game most amazing and true MMO game as we wont have to use skype or other voice chat software.. additionaly tankionline may set prices in crystals for such voice chats like 15k crystals for a month of voice

Pros:

1) Open the garage and upgrade your tank on the go.

2) Brag about things to your friends without the need of a computer

3) Have an offline section where the tanker can open his garage, make changes that can stay on the device until connected to Internet to sync with tanki servers!

 

Cons:

1) Can't play the game on the app

2) Needs Internet to take full advantage of the app

3) The tanki servers might have a hard time going back and forth with mobile saved data and server saved data.

Tanki will release unity tanki for mobiles,pc,etc later this year. So don't worry.

We all know Generalissimos barely got anything to do when they hit their rank, And when they got full M3 Garage. It's really no real challange left for them. What about make XT versions of every hull and turret in the game. XT will only be avalible for generalissimos and stock XT will have the stats as the fully Microupgraded M3. XT will have different look aswell, for example Railgun XT have a white beem. All other XT Turrets will get changed aswell for example Twins XT will have Red projectiles instead of green. XT Hulls will also have different engine sounds and cooler tracks. So XT is for Generalissimo only, stock XT will have stats as so called M4 and fully Microupgraded will have the stats as we will call M5. XT can be bought but only if the M3 you looking to get to XT is fully Microupgraded, Then XT will show up. Tanki can make more profit and Generalissmos can have something more to do. A win-win in my eyes. Let me know what you think :)

Hey, I don't know how many other tankers have dealt with these two problems, but I thought it would be a good idea to let the developers know about them. I will try to add as much detail as possible. (If I'm posting this in the wrong thread, go ahead and yell at me, because I'm to lazy to search around myself ;) ).

 

Problem #1:

Recently, (a few weeks ago), I had just joined a highland CTF battle, and saw the headline "gold box will be dropped soon". And it turned out, the place where it would drop was literally right in front of me. So I drove over and waited on top of the gold symbol. Two other teammates came over and the pushing and shoving started. Then, a thunder-wasp enemy came over, and we destroyed him. Then, somehow my two teamates got destroyed, and I was the only one around. Then the enemy thunder came back, and I destroyed him. Then, the gold fell, and landed on top of me. But, I didn't collect it, the heading "eldawg has taken the gold box" didn't show up, and the gold box was still sitting there. Then, in a few torturous seconds, I drove around it, through it, over it, anything I could. But it didn't do anything. Then, some random Rico popped up, killed me, and collected the gold. And now you can see the problem. This is the first time I've had it happen to me, but I've also seen it done to other tankers. I've also seen tanks ontop of each other, and the gold box falls through them, and no one collects it. Have you (developers) made it so you can't catch gold in air? Anyways, please fix this problem. (And give me my 1k that I didn't get! :)) lol. I'm jk)

 

Problem #2:

Yesterday, I was playing a rio CP, and noticed that I wasn't able to kill certain people. At first, I thought it was a hack by other tankers, and said so in the chat. But they denied it. And then, in the back of my head, I remembered that this had happened to me on other occasions (many many months ago). I had not experienced this, or seen it since way back. And so, the problem #2, is the above. It's kinda anoying if you have to leave your awsome battle, refresh game, log back in, just to find that the battle is full. So please fix this problem.
