Ability to deactivate account

I think you should be able to deactivate your account. I know hackers could take advantage of this so if you have an email linked to your account then it you will need to confirm it. If you don't have an email linked then the account will only be deleted after 30 days. The main reason I'm suggesting this is for people who never play. Let me know what you all think of the idea

Account which have been more then 5 years inactive, in my opinion ,should be renamed to random numbers until the owner of the account will email and ask for it back.
