Ya, I love being a Forum Moderator, despite the fact I too am only a candidate. Additionally, candidates have full moderation powers, but only in limited sections, so don't turn away from asking a candidate for help, we likely can! :)

Ha, they are pretty darn awesome, but that is a decision only the developers can make about someone who is already a staff member. Seeing as how becoming an admin is not really in your control, I offered the branches of the staff that could lead up to being an admin. :) And what did you mean by, "Deja vu"?

Ya, as said by I am indeed a Consultant, though the truly amazing Consultants can be seen by their Admin Avatar. ;) When I became a Candidate Forum Moderator, I requested that I keep my Consultant avatar rather than receive the one that @lordmostafa uses, as he has no other choice.
