Jet lag can disturb your sleep pattern and make you feel drowsy and lethargic. It depends on how much time the flight was if it was a long flight then the more jet lag you get.

How long the jet lag will be gone

Only few days you just need to eat and sleep at the right time. It would be better if you avoid napping after a long flight and sleep at the right time. Also spend time outdoors it helps.

I tried it and now I have Diarrhea.

 

Dairrhea can last for only few days.

Sport drinks help for treatment, some people can make their own sports drinks by adding a teaspoon of salt to a quart of apple juice. Some other good choices for treating diarrhea includes clear broth and water.

 

Do not drink: Caffeinated, alcoholic, and sugray drinks. They can worsen dehydration.
