Kicked from battle, why?

The friendly fire has nothing to do with getting kicked, you can kill your team mates as much as you want and you won't get kicked, but I don't recommend doing that, because they might use the /vote command on you, also you can always see your team mates names, but you can't always see your enemy's nickname, but your team mate's nickname NEVER disappears, even when he is behind a wall. 

yes i know it never disappears but sometimes u cant see it in the position u are in and them for example fort knox looking thro archway into court u can see tank but no name
