Have you ever been driving your tank around the battle field with low health and a health box drops. So, of course, you go for it, then some dude with full health takes it. Can you make it impossible to pick up health boxes while your on your full health? This might cut down on some tank rage ....

Taking a health when you have full health is good in a death match, or when its going to stop someone on the other team getting it.

 

But I do know what you mean it's bad when your own team mate takes it and has full health.

Speaking in the opinion of the cybersport this is a worse idea. In clan wars you can take them to prevent that the enemy can get a full health, so this would be bad for that. In normal battles it can be anoying, but you can prevent by this way that your enemy gets full health again by just taking it. My opinion, it's fine by the way it's right now.

Sometimes noobs just collect the boxes on full healt when your teammate is right next to the noob and needs the life. It hardly happends.

I usually wind up chewing that noob out who charges ahead of me and takes it, but doesn't need it. 

You can't equip one with full life, why should you be able to collect one.
