Nope it's just cuz she actually chats lots to people. For those with many in-game friends who talk lots it is really annoying. Normally I just join battles with friends instead of chatting in the server right now.

i dont like it, im a really fast typer, so sometimes when im writing an explanation to a new user with a question i override the characters within a set time and i have to wait to post it

yep you are right... the longer the name of person .. the longer is wait .. the characters in name of person or also taken into account which is a bit ridiculous and very annoying

Also, this system ain't preventing floods in chat. In fact the chat is going pretty too fast so I have to type name of my friends to chat n wait too -.-

I know, especially for fast typers like me or any other player, but the good thing about it is that it is helping in a way, by reducing the amount of chat messages being sent, and thus helping the moderators like a player said above, also the name problem is quite annoying, since I have many friends with long name, sometimes it takes up to 6 seconds just for the name!! That is just ridiculous (No offense intended for the developers).

Hopefully the developers put fixing this of higher priority than the new kits or in-game server switcher, as the developers happened to overdo it and it has been a problem for quite a while now and it is very annoying.
