the winner of video of the week "v blog 8 " not obey the rules , watch his fault

 

1. the video is more than 30 sec , in video blog 1 seymon clearly say that video should not more than 30 sec

so if you have good quality video you can post 3 hour video also for win?

No it would be to long to watch.And it is strange, Kirov said no longer than 30 seconds and loads of videos are higher than 30 seconds most of the time.

His/her original video on YouTube last 37 seconds, which are actually 35 due to YouTube not showing correct videos durations sometimes. Also, the video shown in the V-LOG 8 is only an extract of those original 35 seconds video, in fact it only last 17 seconds.

There is tollerance for entries' duration since it is really rare to find an exact 30 seconds video for many reasons, one being YouTube duration glitch mentioned above. 

For your information, there is no tollerance for videos going over 35/40 seconds duration cap, 'cause that would start to be way to far from the set limit of 30 seconds, and also quality and originality matters more than 5 extra seconds duration in the original video, since in the V-LOG only a little extract of the whole video will be posted.

The video you are speaking of (visible in V-LOG 8) was not posted in V-LOG 7, or in any other previous V-LOG edition.
