Tanki, I think you should “retire" your staff members. They are preventing others from having the experience of these jobs and the current staff has been occupying these positions since the game started or most of them have. The only reason why these staff members are not retiring or giving up the job, is because of the paints and crystals they get. And its like a black market they won't even tell you how much they get paid in crystals.

The present forum mods, are the best! They work really hard as I have seen.

What matters is not the experience of new players.Its the job which needs to be done well.

Tanki is an ever expanding community with thousands of people joining everyday. so there is always space for extra moderation of chats and forum to prevent violation.The staff position comes with many privileges and responsibilities. its solely depends upon the administration to allot this post to a particular individual after going through extensive check of his/her record and code of conduct. they cannot just give this post to anybody who applies. The hard work our staff shows while discharging duties is commendable and in return what they get for every month is a fair deal

and btw your "black market" analogy is uncalled for.
