viking is a great hull it combins speed and defence

Hunter also combines speed and defense. It's more balanced than Viking, actually.

 

Great review! Hunter is one of my favorite hulls, and M3 Hunter/M3 Smoky is my favorite combo on the test server. Hunter is one of the best looking hulls as well, tied with Dictator IMHO.

Thunder/Hunter deserves at least an 8 IMO. Speed > Armor with Thunder in my opinion. Why? Because instead of taking the splash damage and powering through it, you can just run away and not damage yourself at all! This is the best combo in the game... except when Smoky and Thunder are mounted on Wasp :D

...just because there's no 9s doesn't mean Hunter isn't good with anything. All things considered, 8.5 is an extremely high score, as per the way I mark.

yeah it is but hornet i consider better then hunter because it got 9s but im not sure about tens but still nice article

That is for other players okay, better have all 8's than having one 9 and rest 6's. For me smoky goes best with hunter at m3 of course (I know I said this before somewhere too), hunter m2 is OP for me, m3 hunter is beyond OP.

actually shaft in my opinion is best for the hunter on certain maps

 

 

 here are a few examples of a few maps on which a hunter /shaft combo is bound to get you great points:

A good read since I just got the medium m3 kit. I will keep mounting my twins and firebird on it for now though. Will be getting smoky m3 today, will see how good it really is. :)
