Noobs and Splash Damage

Hello Tankmen. I love reading the forum discussions on turrets and sometimes it says stuff about people called 'noobs'. Who are noobs and how do you recognize them. And also what is splash damage and tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 weapons?????????? Please help me!!!!

noob;

a person who is inexperienced in a particular sphere or activity, especially computing or the use of the Internet.

 

2. Splash damage is caused by thunder, if you shoot a tank with thunder that is very close close to another tank the other tank will receive some "splash damage", not the amount that a direct shot gives but a smaller amount, I have had many triple kills with my thunder caused by splash damage.

 

3. Tiers, are more commonly known as modifications, or M0, m1, m2, m3. There is no such thing as m4, or tier 4, however if you fully micro upgrade an m3 it closely resembles what an m4 would be if it existed.
