good to know but he clearly doesn't as he would have seen that and read why the kick system was removed and would notice that the 'double agent system' is just in its baby steps and will grow bigger as time grows

I agree, crystal box drops much often than before, 

 

and battle fund is like cut into half after last fund reward system change,

 

like previously , a 7 flag sandbox CTF can get me around 600 crystal long time ago, now only like 300 crystal,

 

if you just catch those blue crystal, you can get 300 crystal easily just by picking crystal without joining the fight.

^ Another problem solved by making Pro Battles free. Turn crystal boxes off and you get rid of mults and you get a much larger reward.

Can we possibly add those who can SEE the gold box dropping and see where you are hiding, or which direction you turn in, round a blind corner?

 

I am currently in battle fffffffc0518bd7b and it became obvious that they could not guess where I was with 100% accuracy - They can see you.

 

Then I found a website called hackerbot dot net that for $5 will sell you the hacks to just such a thing and many others.

 

So I have posted a new topic on the game violators section, but I am unsure if it will be accepted as I had to mention that the moderator appearred to ban someone from the in game chat, but nothing about the obvious cheating going on.

 

I don't want to ;leave the game, as I've collected over 2,000 crystals and will soon reach 100,000 battle fund with 120+ kills.

 

This is really getting annoying now, Tanki HAS to do something about all the blaten cheating going on.

People are posting some positive results. So yeah I guess it is starting to work. I even had someone reference me and the campaign in a battle earlier. I wasn't too popular.  Which means people care enough to talk about it. Good or bad.

v-log5 actually was partially responsible for this current campaign.

At the time v-log5 came out, I wrote this which basically thanks tanki for their hard work and asks a question or two regarding this new group of battle violation mods that are supposedly coming to the rescue when we type /vote.

 

Since v-log5 I have used /vote on numerous occasions and have not witnessed any direct benefit - it's actually got worse. That's not to say others are not benefiting, someone no doubt is, but I personally don't see it.

 

 

The Last Straw: I then suffered at the hands of leshikok1 who was a saboteur in a 100 flag ctf battle. He was a red in the Silence map but decided to hang about with the blues. He pushed us off the sides with his mammoth or held on to the flag only to relinquish it when the blues were ready to capture. This went on for ages. Most of us used /vote to no avail. I had time to pm ostrica who was online at the time telling her what was going on. I got a reply from her advising me to use /vote. I also had time to create a forum topic about the on-going sabotage but no help came from that quarter.

 

In the same topic, I received this from a moderator,

"Let's look at it statistically. There are essentially 14 moderators who's job it is to check battles and have full powers in chat. There are 50 servers you can play one. Generally, there are about 3k people on servers 1-4. There are different levels of people on other servers. Say there are 60 games per server, average. That's 3000 games to moderate. With 14 chat moderators, that's a ton of work. I say this with full sincerity, the chat moderators are working there hardest to keep battles clean and safe for you all, while at the same time maintaining order in the lobbies. That's an extremely difficulty job for them. Instead of expecting a chat moderator to come, take a video as you have done and post it in Game Violators. Consider having a chat mod come and help you a bonus for taking the time to do something. Everyone must pitch in to help keep this game a fun and friendly environment."

 

As a result of this, we decided to, "pitch in". Why? Because we care about which direction this game goes in. We are passionate tankers who really enjoy this game and don't want to see it deteriorate into the mult-fest it's slowly becoming. 

 

So please do us all a favour and stop trying to derail the things we are doing trying to help. It takes time and effort to respond and it doesn't do anyone any good. It would be good if you had valid points and concerns for us to address but you don't.

I have done this 3 times in the past. You send the report to help@tankionline.com They take care of it pretty quick. The latest, I reported, was a page on one of those free page sites, harvesting your tanki login and password info. A guy asked me in a battle if I wanted to be part of a beta version chat that tanki was testing. What tipped me off was that he only wanted players with very high rank accounts. So I played along to gather the info and submitted it. The page got shut down within 36 hours.

Do you think we are stupid or something? We know how to read. We are telling people to record and report so why would you assume @AbsoluteZero would not have done the very thing we encouraging others to do. What does the "extra punishment" have to do with me informing you that you did not look and see that it had indeed been reported. And non of your latest comments have anything to do with your claim that /vote is perfect and works all the time. Oh yeah, 1 question if /vote is so great why has one of the admins requested it to be updated and fixed. You see I have "staff" friends as well.

 

You know for a guy who wanted to be on the "I don't care list" you sure come back and cause trouble a lot. Your actually becoming a good source of entertainment for some. The more you say the funnier you get. Good Job.

I will be sticking to shorter games with smaller battle funds.The raiding parties are less interested in them. If I find myself in a raiding situation again I will be leaving the battle. I'm not going to feed raiders by being their target. You can play for hours and get nothing in the end or you can earn 100 -200, or more crystals every 15 mins. If the battle goes bad you leave, there is  not as much to give up.

 

 I was in a 100 CTF in Stadium, that raiders came into yesterday. Our side had the lead up to 42 - 16, then the raiders showed up. People started leaving both sides only to replaced with mults on our side and higher ranks on the other until it was 10+5 vs. 5 . They tied and took the lead in a matter of about 20 mins. At which point I left. I suggested to the rest of our remaining 5 to stop feeding the battle fund and the raiders. A few left a few stayed. When I looked back later the game was just coming to an end  42 - 100 . They must have continued to kill their own mults to inflate the battle fund. While taking turns running flags. Every player on that blue team had a very high score ( I think the lowest was 8xx) while all but 3 of the reds had less 100. Battle fund must have been huge, it was over 12,000 when I left.

The other interesting thing was that many of the blue team seemed to be less them average players until the 42 -16 point, at which point they suddenly found their missing skills and supplies. LOL You can bet the next raid those losing mults will be on the winning side. After all there is no harm in being killed and losing as long as they don't use supplies and why would they.

 

Lesson learned or maybe confirmed. Stay out of 100 CTF, long timer battles,and battles that will have high "battle funds", especially if the rank is from to . It is a trap.  I have read about these tactics, but this was the most obvious raid I have seen.

 

I wonder if there is any way to stop this, other then "kicking" mults, which would not be too effective in this situation. I guess education is the best defence. Learn to recognize the signs and don't fall into the trap. Maybe if there was a way to see who is friends with whom in a battle. In my example I bet you would find that all 15 players are friends and play together all the time.

 

Maybe we can start a list of things to watch for in raiding attacks.
