New campaign against Mults and Saboteurs.

Is being a rystal runner on DM against the rules? Cuz when I feel that i'm poor, I get the crystal boxes, and barely get kills. Is it against the rules? I don't want to do anything against rules.

There are no rules against grabbing crystals, however if you only focus on grabbing crystals you could be found to be in violation of these 2 rules, but it is debatable.

 

• 2.1.4. Achieving experience points by deliberate inaction or help from the other team's players in 'Capture the Flag' or 'Control Points' or 'Team Deathmatch' modes or from opponents in 'Deathmatch' mode (so-called power-leveling);
• 2.1.7. Making arrangements with other Users to fight half-steam to fight 'half-heartedly' with the purpose of power-leveling (the Administration will impose restrictions to all the members of such arrangements);

In a DM, I doubt you will ever get banned for it.

A lot of people play tanki just for golds.. Is that a good or bad thing and should they have a mode called gold so you can just catch them..

If you play for Golds only in DM, it's not a problem.

 

But in CTF-CP-TDM, it's sabotage. I don't know why they join this kind of games, they have big chances of getting reported -_-

There are no rules about being ganged up on. It happens, just leave the battle.

I try to stay away from battles with really low ranks,it only frustrates me, as it did you. They may not look like they are breaking any rules, but it hard to tell they may have just been a mult disguised as a bad player. ( I prefer not to use the word noob, to me a noob is a "newbie player" and at WO5 you are no longer a "newbie" To me someone like that is either a mult or just a really stupid player. )

k now i understand canadien, i once saw a vid titled sabotage but this is what they were doing in it. i was first surprised that the mods sent the reply, "I'm sure what they are doing is not nice, but we cant do anything about it. just leave the battle"

Tell me about it. I was in a battle today with high ranking people. This Lieutenant General joins with a m1 m1 freeze hornet. He got some kills but still. "Realy?"

i think they just do it for the skill improvement. they are actually doing it for themselves... not the rest of the team, and they arent multing or nothing, they just want to improve their tank skills (that or they are too foolish to notice the ranks they are battling with.)

and plus lieutenant generals arent THAT low. i mean like, compare it to your rank i think ur just one rank above major...

so u must be like only around two ranks apart.

Fine if they are competing and contributing. If they're not doing these things then they are an obstacle to the team and therefore breaking the rules.

also lots of people want to give themselves a challenge. i have heard about m0s even going into m3 battles but playing as hard as they can and actually winning cry. but if the player was doing nothing and just staying in one place, then he would be probably multing and should be kicked

Thank-You for taking the time to read this topic. A lot of what you say has already been discussed in this topic, however it is nice to have it all summed up in a nice neat package. The main goal of this topic was to make players aware of the issues. If it changes the minds of a few players great, and if doesn't at least they now have something to think about. Some, over time, even change their minds and offer their support. That is all the reward I need from this topic.

 

It is funny you mention Clans, I am co-leader of "The Rusty Relics". We are an all adult clan. So yeah, what you say about being part of a clan helps.

Maybe the Lt General was using a weak hull and gun because he was upgrading his primary equipment and didn't want to wait 24 hours to play.

 

When I am upgrading (using MUs) I do this.  I have an M1 hornet that I use and get killed all the time.

 

It's not multing.

 

Real mults can be spotted when they just sit around and don't shoot an enemy who passes right in front of them.

 

 

They make  a few kills (so it's not as obvious) and then do nothing except grab crystals.

wouldnt that be a foolish plan? because if they rank higher in the list, then they get more crystals at the end through the battle fund itself. why throw away ur chances to get more cry for a few 10-cry boxes??
