Language barrier: Game Starts

I play a few more games than this one. One thing that I like about some other MPO games I play is that the room has to be even/filled prior to start. This wouldn't be THAT much of an issue other than the fact that:

 

I DON'T SPEAK RUSSIAN........OR HUNDREDS OF OTHER LANGUAGES for that matter.

 

 

So I am going to propose an INTERNATIONAL signal that the game has not started.

 

 

My idea is a simple one........every unit stands on or near the flag or base, lined up until someone gives a signal of some sort. I propose a countdown from 10 or 3 to 1.

 

 

Any other ideas are welcome, but if everyone in every language agrees then I think games will only get better on this site.
