Can not change password

Can anyone help me please? I've been trying to change my password by clicking the "change password" button in the setting and I have my email linked to my account, but for some reason when I enter my email account, the link to change the password is not there.

Once you click the 'Change password-email' button in settings, this image appears.

 

 

 

The only reason why you wouldn't get a new message from TO would be that you aren't using the Email which you have linked your account with.

 

Check this topic for finding out what is the email in which you should log in.

Ok for some reason, the links were in my spam not my mail. But when I click the link to change my pass, this happens:

When you click on Change password and E-Mail please DON'T CLOSE your Tanki Online page, just open new tab and then go to email, because when you will close Tanki Online page, link automatically will be out of date.

or u mst forgot the email u entered or your email gt deactivated
