Get free crystals for linking your account

What if you already have a valid email on the account do you still get crystals?

How do I change my e-mail address? The one tied to my account is no longer active.

If you still have access to your 'inactive' e-mail address, you must go to 'settings' and click on this:

 

 

 

Then go to your email and follow the link.

If you haven't got access to your 'inactive' e-mail address anymore, the only way to change the e-mail linked to your account is by contacting the tech support (help@tankionline.com)

You see here, all of the players that are saying they haven't gotten their crystals are mostly very low ranked players or they are new to the forum.

Just be patient with them. Nobody's perfect! For all of you people that say that they haven't gotten their crystals: They will be awarded Aug 26.

By linking your email address to your account, you don't only get 2 000 crystals for free, but your account is also better protected from hackers. ;)

Can some mod help me plz?i have a bigger acc ( lieutenat colonel) but im banned for a week unfortunetly....either way...my problem(on that acc)is that i linked the acc on 3 different valid email adresses and i didnt get any confirmation letter on any of them...what should i do?
