i spen real money to buy crystals then I buy supplies then when I use my heal supplie on low health I get killed if u don't sort it I quit  ive spent over 23 pounds on heal alone!

Is the First Aid(heal) supply shown in your Supplies? 

 

Once you have used a supply, you need to wait for its period to end. Once you use them, a dark shadow appears on it in the supplies bar, in the bottom left of your screen(in-game). You have to wait for it to end, and then you can re-use the same supply again. Same thing is applied over and over.

that's not the problem its when im on low health and I heal sometimes it takes my heal and I stiil automatically die

The health kit can't help you to survive much if you are getting attacked by too many opponents.

If you use it, it will start recovering your health, but then the enemy shots will deal damage to you and you will obviously die.

Its cause when you wait too long for your life to go down and then heal your self and couple people attack you then you die its that for im confused with the question.

Simple, the amount of damage you're getting from the enemies surpasses the capacity of the medkit in the healing stage.

Your medkit doesn't heal you instantly, it needs some time. 

 

You get more damage from the enemies, than HP from the medkit... I've gone trough this aswell.

All you can do to avoid it, is trying to find a safe place to heal, or (obviously) press the 1 earlier.

 

Don't wait too long.  :lol:

It happened to me a lot of times.I press 1 and healing starts but then railgun hits me and I die.But that is not reason to quit.You shouldn't wait untill you have only few HP left.It is easy to kill you while healing then.
