I believe there is only a small set of people you could have as friends, and an even smaller set who SAY that they have given up paying. what you probably don't know is that people who have started buying with real money, its going to be real hard for them to stop... and EVEN if they did, why didn't you mention this earlier? if you did, why didn't tanki do anything about it? because I don't remember tanki announcing their new update KICK2: COMING OUT SOON anytime. sorry for being so harsh, but for now all the results I can see is that OF THE PLAYERS, and not the SYSTEM.

I said all of those things earlier to point towards one fact: that if we don't change something in what we are doing, and find other ways, then things aren't really going to change. but you chose to bombard with hate, I cant really help myself.

also what makes you think that these are newcomers, what is makes them distinguishable from people already playing? if the numbers keep fluctuating, there can only be two reasons, players keep leaving, but constantly being replaced with newbies, or players just keep leaving and coming back. if there really were new comers, then numbers would have increased, not  remain within the 9000-12000 numbers.

I don't really like to keep fighting, so let me go back to what I said earlier: if we are going to get results, we have to think harder and find other ways of convincing them. because all we have done so far has not really helped, rewind to that pm between hazel-rah and another player, where he says it will definitely not come out in this version of tanki.

 

also, I don't understand why tanki would put in infinite supplies, 9000 goldboxes, and improved micro-upgrades, but find it so difficult to put a 50% discount to the game. maybe because they want to encourage buying factor perhaps?

This topic is not a protest. It's a suggestion laid out sensibly in the Ideas and Suggestions section of the forum. I've maintained my position throughout which is asking the EN community to engage and make the idea strong as possible in the hope that the devs take something from it should they chose to revisit this.

 

I'm a member of this forum and I have gathered facts and figures that help me understand better the problem we are facing. I have spent many hours covering scenarios and searched for solutions to a growing problem. The staff here have been kind enough to let me explore this avenue and judging by most of the comments and reputation on this topic, the majority are in favour of it.

Too many zero scores and zero players are staying in battle too long.

 

Here's an example where it would be tough to decide who to kick: 8 of 15 Blue Players had 0 net kills and

were destroyed 117 times. Now some were scoring those 18 captures that narrowly won by about 10 seconds :o

But at least half were probably dragging the team down either foolishly or willfully. I have found shills on a number of battles who joined only so that the other team could increase its number.

As for my meager contribution, I joined with about 4 minutes left and had 3 actual kills, one carrying a flag and the

other escorting the final Red carrier. Arguably, I might have prevented the final capture for Red to tie.

Any one of the players kicked would have at least opened the door to a better or productive player.

Followed this game, and Red players would have had to spend a lot of time to get these guys off their team. No wonder Blue won!

what does this mean? how will you be able to stop the reduction  through this system, just thinking. it probably will make us all happy, but will it actually attract others to this game, and making the game grow?

Duh. It means keeping the players you have, which practically every update this year has failed to do.

Go look at the game violators and ask yourself if you would want to keep playing when nothing is done about rampant cheating

and trolls.

You can be a naysayer, an apologist, or you can present ideas that will grow the game. That seems to be what this topic is about.

I am part of this community more then 4 years now..many of my friends left,so did people I used to see in battles..I never said that ALL buyers will leave or will leave,but I knew more then 10 heavy buyers who left,dissapointed with updates,especially those from last 2 years..I will repeat once more,in case you missed my posts in this topic..for generalissimos isn't much left to do but to HAVE FAIR battles,along with few in game matters,lik better garage,trying to be competitive in Esports,etc,etc..this,improved kick sys would help..judging on your rank,I can see why you don't see that..or maybe you are old player who likes to troll in his desparate case to become staff?..or one of those staff alt accounts trying to sell game politics?..eighter way,you are very,very wrong :) everything I write,I write from my own expirience :)

You have put in numbers (which you call "presenting facts"), which have NO RELEVANCE to the question im asking, and you ask for apology? good joke. if you are smart enough, you will see that those FACTS you are putting only shows the fluctuation in numbers during the year (and possibly the increase of players).this doesnt even show how this is related to the kick system, like, at all! WRONG! it is that if we want kick2 to be implemented, we might have to think about some other measures to take so that our voice is heard. I see that some people just can't or are not willing to see that peak server loads are on a decline. Commonsense tells us, players are leaving the game.

The question is, why? 

 

1. Too difficult for honest players to find good battles.  ( This is the biggest reason we need Kick2 )
2. The game is not fun anymore, and for many high ranks, it gets boring.
3. Updates, that to many, where not needed.
4. Failed updates, full of bugs and glitches.
5. Tanki's lack of proper customer service.

These are some of the reasons I have seen or heard for people leaving.  For some it may have only been 1 or 2 these and others it was a combination of all of these things.

 

The number one reason I have seen, is that dishonest players are in every battle. Especially right now, during this "May Holidays" promotion.

You join a game designed for 10 v 10  and there may be 14 or 15 friends split up between the 2 teams, all helping each other. Some will be mults some will be saboteurs. This makes it pointless for honest players to even play. Kick2 is a tool that will go a very long way towards encouraging players to stay in this game. It will give many of us, that are on the verge of leaving, some hope that someday things will get better.

 

Hopefully everyone can see the value of this topic and encourage it, instead of trying to discredit it.

i do not know what we can do... that is why i am asking the question. asking for answers to why they do not respond to us and what we need to change. sending threatening pm's probably would be one of the worst ways to do it. we dont need to start WW3 for it lol.

Yes, we need Kick, but we also have to have a way to stop raids using dummy shills to jack up the roster, so a whole clan can join and participate in thievery, where a team cannot profit from their own success because they get raided by a clan.

Sorry if that's off-topic.

They need a comprehensive plan to rein in the clan raids, the mults, and the trolls before the paying clients have had enough and just go elsewhere.

we never knew that someone could come up with such a system like kick2,  in the same way, we dont know how we can get their attention, but their is always a way. what makes us think that there is no other way than gaining popularity in the forums?

down: clans are expected to make their own battles. if joined by other players, they can only blame themselves for being raided, as not many can afford pro passes

It was probably a Raiding party, and if you could see who where friends, you would probably some of the blue where friends of the reds. I know that people blame "clans", but to me, these are raiders not clans.

Joining late is legal. The problem is that (like mults), it includes actions that are not fair or just. There is a separate proposal to limit players' rewards to those scores that accrued after the players joined. This could be harder than Kick to get passed, but it is possible to do with the existing programming.

 

The problem with these types of behavior is that they occur very quickly, making it undetectable to most players...but not to the servers.

Along with Kick2, there would need to be a standalone process to remove players who join and exit battles without participating, in order to bypass the "join the smaller team" restrictions -- as with mults, some people have found a way around the programming, to the detriment of the other players and the game as a whole.
