I am writing to once again apologise for the mix-up on the Freeze, Wasp, Paints and Crystals promotion.

First of all, I perfectly understand your disappointment. Maybe you were planning on buying a certain paint that you thought would be discounted, but wasn’t. Or maybe you were hoping to get more crystals from your payment, only to find out that the discount was smaller than you anticipated.

 

Although such a mistake is extremely rare, it’s frustrating for everyone when it happens. As you know, we run loads of promotions every month, and post hundreds of messages in our forum, main page and social media. We usually keep all of these tasks very delicately balanced, taking good care to deliver everything perfectly and on time.

 

But this month we had Gamescom on our schedule. Besides the event itself, we needed to organise and run a number of special events and promotions, all the while keeping on top of our regular duties. It has been an incredibly intense month for all of us and we were stretched pretty thin. So, somewhere along the line there was a break in communication and this unfortunate incident happened.

 

I am not trying to justify what happened. But I know from experience that this community is made of good people who are mature and understanding, so I feel that honesty is the best policy. We’ve made a mistake and we’re humbly apologizing for it.

 

As for the promotion, we will be keeping the updated offer:

 

50% off Freeze and Wasp, 50% off the 8 paints, and 25% off Crystals bought via Credit Card.

Unfortunately at this point we are unable to honor the original promise. Promotions are a very delicate issue and we always need to maintain a certain balance in what we offer so as not to disrupt the in-game economy.

 

However, let me reassure you that we will be making it up to you in upcoming promotions. We watch the forums and polls very closely to find out what it is you enjoy, and give you more of it. So I ask you to please be patient and trust us. We will not let you down.
